Ingredients

Pork (neck) 1 kg
Dried apricots 80g
Prunes 80g
Cheese 150g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over prunes and dried apricots for 5-10 minutes.
  • Drain the water, cut dried fruits into small pieces.
  • Make cuts on the meat not completely in such a way that it can be turned around (like a pea, one cut on top, the next one on the bottom, etc.).
