  • So, the first step is to separate the whites from the yolks and put the whites in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the butter into pieces or grate. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, vanillin, baking powder and 2 tbsp. l. sugar, add yolks and butter. Knead the shortbread dough.
  • Divide the resulting dough into 3 parts: two small and one larger. Mix in cocoa into one small part. We put all the dough into plastic bags, put the larger part in the refrigerator, and put the rest of the dough into the freezer for 30-50 minutes.
  • Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter and distribute most of the dough with our hands, forming the sides.
  • We spread the jam, you can use jam or just grated berries with sugar, this is a matter of taste.
  • Rub the chocolate dough on a coarse grater and put it on top.
  • Kissel, if we grind it in a briquette and add 3 tbsp to it. l. Sahara.
  • We take out the proteins from the refrigerator and beat well with a pinch of salt, then without stopping whisking, add jelly in portions. It makes a wonderful soufflé. Which we put in the next layer in the bowl.
