Elena Tim
It turned out very colorfully, Mannyun! Just drooling!
I lie down and mentally revise in the refrigerator.
I'll be too lazy a little more and I'll go and make the same omelette. Judging by the "revision", I have everything for him!
I just need to remember the program on which I cook omelets ...
Manna
Lenok, 80-90 ° С are suitable for omelets (well, the maximum is 100 ° С). Toka must be with celery, right?
Elena Tim
Thank you, I will take into account, I did not know that omelets are cooked at such low temperatures ... Then they should really turn out tender.
And, yes, only with celery! I adore it in any form!
Well, okay, I’m already too lazy, I’m going to go take a trip now.
I will unsubscribe later - what I did with your temperature.
Manna
Aha-aha, I wait, I wait Lenkaaa, have you already skoka once?

Summary: the omelet turned out to be the highest class. Slightly baked at the bottom and very tender and juicy at the top. It's good that I did two portions at once, otherwise I’d sit hungry, looking at the pictures! And so, sincerely, I chafed my soul mate and babble!
Mannyashechka, my friend, thank you! Sooo delicious!
It’s like I’m driving you for an omelet to visit you!
Manna
Lenochkaaawhat a beauty, salivating already flowed, looking at the pictures (and, by the way, I'm not hungry) Omelette with vegetables in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMZ550 No, well, you know, all my portions are small, all my recipes can be safely multiplied by 2 or 3
Manna
Yeah, I remembered. Well, I also laid out an omelet with vegetables at 80 ° C in Philips 3060. Here it is

Omelet with vegetables

Omelet with 2 eggs and 50 ml milk with red pepper, tomato, green onions, coriander and ground red hot pepper

"Omelet" mode. Default settings: 80 ° С, 20 minutes + 10 minutes heating.

The omelet turned out to be very tender without a single hint of a crust.

Mikhaska
Manna! Thanks for the beauty and great recipe!
Elena Tim! Photo - not to take your eyes off!
Girls! Can you tell me, but "extinguishing" in the old Panasik will do? And, if "yes", will 20 minutes be enough?

In-in!
Listen, do you know what is most wonderful about him? He finally, well, finally finally does not fall! That's how he was, and remained plump. Super finally!
Manna

His vegetables are kept - this time. And two - it does not overheat (and at the same time swells), because cooling is not so scary for it (I'm talking about an omelet at 80-90 ° C).
Mikhaska
Oh! Thanks for the quick response! Tomorrow I want to stir up my own. Tired of frying pan omelettes with an eternal burn (because they just don't give in to me)

Yeah, I just added a little time, since I had a double portion, I was afraid that it would not work and set it for 30 minutes. In!
Irina Dolars
MannochkaThanks for the tasty treat!
You will definitely have to take the trouble
Manna
Irisha, then I'm waiting for your impressions
divlesika
Manna, Mannochka, something doesn't work out for me. Today I did: 3 eggs and 80 ml of milk and 80 degrees. After 20 minutes and 10 minutes of heating, it was almost liquid, at least the upper visible part did not rise at all. Let me remind you that I have a model 3136.
How would you advise to change the time or T?
Manna
Kate, I did not understand what "liquid" means - not bored or the consistency is watery. If not baked, you can increase the heating time at 80 ° C for another 10 minutes or increase the temperature by 10 ° C (suddenly there is actually less than 80 ° C). And if the consistency is liquid, then reduce the amount of milk (perhaps the eggs are very small). And do not open the lid during baking.
divlesika
Well, I did not open the lid, by liquid I meant - it looks almost exactly the same as when it was poured into a multicooker, that is, raw) I took milk according to the recipe ...
The first time, when I did 6 eggs, inadvertently, I also set 20 minutes 80 degrees - of course, it did not change at all. I increased it by 110 degrees and added, I don't remember, 15 minutes chtoli .. So he reared up to half the level of the bowl. But nevertheless, I wanted to bake it at your recommended temperature. And it's really interesting to experience the "failure" of the omelet.
Manna
Kate, I didn't make an omelet at 3196, so it's hard for me to guess what exactly is the reason. If you want to cook at 80 ° C, but in 20 minutes the omelet is raw, then you need to increase the time. How much? It depends on the degree of dampness of the omelet with the original parameters. Without seeing the result, it is difficult to advise something.
afnsvjul
Girls who cooked in the "old" Panasonic which mode should be chosen and the time, otherwise I'm afraid of making a mistake in the temperature, I don't know where, what

The only thing I realized is that the baking mode will not work. Such an omelette is wonderful !!!!!
Midnight lady
afnsvjulwhy won't this "Baking" work? I always make an omelet with vegetables for baking. I have a Panasonic 10. First, vegetables for 30 minutes on Baking (depending on how many vegetables, you can less, you can more, on average 30 minutes), add salt, seasonings, mix, pour the omelet mass and on Baking for 15 minutes (if from 1-2 eggs) or 20 minutes (if more than 2 eggs.)
afnsvjul
Midnight lady, Thank you. And I have a Panasonic 18. And your omelet does not swell? Is it the same as Manna's?
Midnight lady
afnsvjul, the omelet rises, but after cooling it falls off a little and looks the same as in the photo. But given that you have 18 Panasonic, it is better to shorten the time for Baking, because the mass is more distributed along the bottom, which means it will cook faster.
I read the discussion ... If 80-90 degrees, then this is "Quenching" rather or even heating.
divlesika
Manna, it seems to have turned out now an omelet It seems to be - because in appearance it has not increased, I do not know whether it is necessary or not.But it came out the most tender, almost creamy)) I have definitely not eaten such omelets yet! Instead of vegetables, I fried onions with champignons. For 6 eggs, I used 90 degrees in tech. 30 minutes.
And, I also wanted to ask you - does it matter how to beat the egg-milk mixture? I have the most ordinary blender leg, practically the omelet mass does not increase in volume.
Manna
Kate, I whip with bamiks, and he whips chilled milk well. This effect cannot be obtained with a conventional blender. If you want a perforated omelet, then beat the eggs with a mixer so that they rise, and carefully combine them with milk.

In general ... it's strange that you write in this topic, in Panasonic. I laid out the omelet and in the Filips section ... like ... I'll go and see.

Found it. There is a quail, it turns out.

The recipe is excellent
Girls, tell me what you are making so that the omelet does not burn to the bottom?
I constantly have this problem
