Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soda 1 tsp
Flour 7-8 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Rub cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with eggs. Then add sugar, salt, soda. Add flour gradually. Knead the dough.
  • With wet hands, form cheesecakes (you can simply lay out with a spoon) and fry in a pan on both sides. Transfer the cheese cakes to a multi bucket, pour over the sauce and put on the Baking mode for 30 minutes.

The dish is designed for

4-5 servings

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Note

The cheesecakes turned out to be tender, and the filling (made from sour cream) is like a dense cream that does NOT stick to the cheesecakes! The younger son asked to take off the cream, because he does not like poppy seeds. Now I'll try it without poppy.

The recipe was found on the Internet. If there is no multicooker, then you can bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

My mother-in-law always makes such cheesecakes with filling, only without poppy seeds. Delicious.
