  • What a recipe !? In the sense of how much to hang in grams ?! Do not be surprised, now I will write everything down! To begin with, the combination of applesauce and biscuit is simply divine !!! But butter cream - to completely swallow your tongue! And how much to hang in grams does not matter! The very presence of all components is important. So, in order, from bottom to top! As experts say, "you will read longer than cook"!

  • There are Savoyardi cookies, good, no, we bake, laziness, we bake a biscuit.
  • The classic biscuit is known to everyone: for 1 egg 40g sugar and 40g flour. Beat the egg (do not separate) with a pinch of salt (lemon juice) until it increases 4 times, add sugar, beat until peaks, sift the flour and stir in with a spatula. Bake at 180g in a preheated oven. I made for 1 egg, a form with a diameter of 16 cm, baked for 20 minutes.
  • IMPREGNATION OF THE BASE
  • Mix Calvados with apple juice. There is no Calvados, so we take any aromatic alcoholic, there are recipes with rum. There is no apple juice, but there is a can of compote - even better, your own, dear, from the garden! If you have cookies, then dip, soak the biscuit by pouring.
  • APPLESAUCE
  • I have a stock of mashed baked apples in my freezer https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=396049.0 I got 300g, that is, apples can be baked, you can stew, you can buy baby food. And there is an option with compote apples (ranetki). Peel and puree with an immersion blender, adding compote, the puree should be thick, do not pour the liquid.
  • Sprinkle on top of the puree
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, well, to taste. You can only do with cinnamon, mashed potatoes, albeit without sugar, but have their own fruit sugar.
  • UPPER LAYER
  • Scroll the curd (preferably soft, not dry) and mascarpone in a food processor. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Connect everything carefully.
  • No cream and mascarpone for the cream, and making them too lazy? It doesn't matter, we cook vanilla pudding: 300ml of milk, 40g of sugar, a bag of pudding (this is 40g of corn starch and a pinch of vanillin), stirring during cooling so that a crust does not form, then stir with 250g of cottage cheese (not dry, additionally chopped in a combine with 70g of sugar ). You don't need much sugar, so a subtle sweetness should be present. The biscuit is sweet in itself, and is also saturated with sweet juice, the mashed potatoes are also sweet, in general the cream should compensate for this "disgrace".
  • If you don't bother at all, there are options just with cream - whip cream with a little sugar and vanilla, without adding cottage cheese and mascarpone. I decided not to bother, the more it took 100g of cream (taken from the village of milk). This amount was enough for me for my dessert size.
  • FOR SERVICE
  • Sprinkle generously with cocoa powder

  • I looked in one of the recipes, you can skip this point. Put a fresh apple, cut into cubes (I have half an apple), in a preheated dry frying pan, sprinkle with sugar (butter at discretion), darken a little, pour in a couple of tablespoons of alcohol and set fire. I had vodka-infused vanilla (pods) with alcohol. For those who like raw grated apple in salads and desserts - you can add it to the base, then puree.There are many such options with a raw apple. And since I don't like this option, I did it with a "twinkle".

  • They asked a question about the liquid consistency of baby puree .... or try to drain, or cook according to options 2 and 3, where the liquid state does not matter. You probably know that real tiramisu is eaten and applied with a spoon; it should not be cut with a knife. And we have a dessert like apple tiramisu, so if it's liquid, it doesn't mean bad, it means juicy and also delicious! In any case, some of the moisture will be absorbed into the base after aging. I tried the dessert without standing and after a night in the refrigerator, I liked it better without standing because of the more liquid state.

I made it! Really delicious, winter-spicy version of tiramisu. By the way, I got a pretty thin applesauce, but it didn't spoil the dessert at all. After a night in the refrigerator, it was sooo juicy, like tiramisu in consistency, that is, not cut with a knife, but with a spoon. Unambiguously, I will repeat.
