  • It would seem, what could be new in stuffed eggs? Everything has been prepared for us long ago. But then I suddenly found a version of deep-fried stuffed eggs. This dish can be found in the restaurants of Baden and many other German towns. The recipe is very simple and yet unbreakable.... So:
  • 1. Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half and separate the whites from the yolks.

  • 2. Grind the yolks with a teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Thank you. Tan, just an unusual form of presentation. Well, the taste is interestingly combined with a crispy crust and a tender egg. Both of my men approved. I had to make a second portion. Next time I'll do it with mushroom filling, although my husband liked the mustard accent.

By the way, you don’t have to do it in the air fryer! I tried it - it doesn't work. The coating begins to crack and fall off and turn brown. Classic deep frying is better for this dish!

Actually, an air fryer is a mess! Meat from it and potatoes are very tasty and not as high in calories as from a regular deep fryer. But like any device, it is not universal.
