Yeah, right now: they never (!) Called themselves, they wrote standard replies to letters (we are making, like, all efforts). They also do not respond to claims left in the corresponding section of the site. It’s good that I didn’t waste my nerves, but was quietly perplexed - because on the net, this is how people describe such situations. Here's something I have no luck with transport companies (CDEK also noted earlier - with the "fragile cargo" was rude)
