Ingredients

Spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, dried onions)

Cooking method

  • For sample I took three types of cheese: Adyghe, hard (chedar), semi-hard (gouda).
  • 1. We make "batter": egg, salt, before, paprika. Beat with a fork.
  • We bathe a cube of cheese in batter.

  • 2. Making sprinkles: crackers, salt, spices (any). We mix.
  • We bathe the cube in breadcrumbs.
  • Fried cheese
  • 3. Again we bathe in batter, and again in breadcrumbs. You can even repeat the third time for semi-hard cheese). We make sure that there are no uncovered areas left.
  • Fried cheese
  • 4. Warm up AF to 200 degrees.
  • 5. Place the baking paper and our cubes on the wire rack.
  • 6. Bake for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Take out, grease with vegetable oil with a brush or spray. Can be flipped, but not required.
  • 8. Bake for another 3 minutes.
  • All!
  • Fried cheese

Time for preparing:

15 + 6 minutes

Cooking program:

200 degrees

For cheese:
Adyghe and solid turned out great
Gouda - leaked out from half of the cubes, next time I will fry less and wrap it in three layers of sprinkling.
