Stuffed mushrooms in the airfryer

Stuffed mushrooms in the airfryer

Ingredients

Minced meat (cutlet)
Bulb onions
Champignons (the larger the better)
Cheese

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • I washed the mushrooms, gently broke the legs. Cut the legs and fried with onions, mixed with minced cutlet. I filled the hats with the resulting mixture and put them in the airfryer on the middle grid at 220*, on 15-20 minutes - the time depends on the size of the mushrooms. A couple of minutes before the end of the time, I put a piece of cheese on each mushroom and increased the temperature to 260 *

Please tell me at what speed you cook mushrooms, if it is regulated in your airfryer. And put the mushrooms directly on the wire rack? Or in shape or maybe on a steamer better?
Katyushka
I have three speeds, but I cook almost always at maximum, I put the mushrooms on the steamer, laid out with foil, but I think that it is possible on the grill right away - it doesn't matter.

Katyushka, thanks for the quick response. I also almost always cook at high speed. I'm going to cook mushrooms for the New Year.

Katyushka, thank you very much for the mushroom recipe. True, I used only your idea and cooking mode. She made her own filling: onions, mushroom legs, fried, added sour cream, potatoes in a microwave oven in their uniform and on a grater, salted and mixed. And the hats themselves were slightly salted. Well, and the top is cheese like yours. Delicious!

I am very glad that it turned out delicious, but otherwise I am even more glad that the idea came in handy
