honey 4 tbsp
gelatin 8sheets
cocoa powder into curd mass 1 tbsp with a small slide
cocoa powder sprinkle
cinnamon sticks 2 pcs
meringue crumb for decoration

  • Cinnamon brown! Cocoa powder greatly complements the taste, and the meringue crunches "to the theme". The recipe indicated 2 tablespoons of cinnamon (it is logical to think that without a slide), but the color of the cake was clearly darker, so I focused on it and added more cinnamon, it turned out 2 tablespoons with slides!
