Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 300 g
Sugar 200 g
Agar 4 tsp
Gelatin 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1/3 pcs
Pumpkin decoction 150 ml
Small egg white 1 PC
Salt on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • There is little to say about the benefits of pumpkin .. You have to sing. And children do not eat it willingly. But you must. So I came up with it. Try it! There is no pumpkin taste or smell. And the benefits of the wagon!

  • Then I do two jobs at the same time. Therefore, I use a combine. With constant stirring, cook the broth with agar until the agar dissolves and the mass thickens. About 3-5 minutes. Then I add a cinnamon stick and sugar there. Constantly stirring, I bring it to a boil and boil it until the stringy threads begin to drain from the spoon - another 5-6 minutes. At the same time, beat the protein and salt into a very strong foam with a combine at 4 speeds. Reduce the speed to 1. Add the puree to the protein and continue to beat at 4 speeds. I take out the cinnamon stick from the syrup and let it cool a little, constantly stirring. Pour the syrup into the whipped protein in a thin stream. The mass gradually thickens. I grease the silicone mold with oil. I pour mashed potatoes there. I leave it on the table to cool and dry. I usually do it at night. In the morning I give it to children as a dessert after breakfast. They love very much! Yes, and I enjoy myself. No one has yet guessed that this is a pumpkin.

I didn't heat it. I have instant gelatin - it sold out in the warm puree. And mashed potatoes are introduced into the protein already cooled.
