Two-layer dessert of red wine and grape juice

Ingredients

Gelatin 12 g
Red dessert wine 200 ml
Grape juice from red grapes 200 ml
Egg white 1 PC.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Boiled water (cold) 50 ml
Cinnamon (stick) 1 PC.
Grapes 80 g

Cooking method

  • This dessert can be prepared in two versions - in tins and then turn over, in bowls - serve without turning. For children, or you yourself do not like red wine, it can be replaced with a similar amount of grape juice.
  • Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 40 minutes (see instructions on the package). Warm the wine with sugar and a cinnamon stick, but do not boil, for 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature, remove the cinnamon. Heat half of the swollen gelatin, but do not boil (I put it in the microwave at 750 W for 20 seconds). Mix with juice and pour into 1/3 or 1/4 portion molds. Place seedless grapes halves in jelly.
  • Two-layer dessert of red wine and grape juice
  • Refrigerate for complete hardening (about 40 minutes)
  • When the jelly hardens, prepare the wine mousse. Dissolve the remaining gelatin in the microwave and mix with the cooled wine. Beat the protein until strong peaks. Continuing to beat, gradually pour in the wine with gelatin. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until fluffy and fluffy.
  • Two-layer dessert of red wine and grape juice
  • Put the resulting mousse on the frozen jelly and refrigerate for complete solidification (for 30 min-1 hour)
  • Two-layer dessert of red wine and grape juice
  • Free the finished dessert from the mold by turning it over on a saucer
  • Two-layer dessert made from red wine and grape juice
  • And this is an option in a bowl
