sour cream 100gr
lemon zest 1 tsp
peaches / apricots in syrup 850ml
almond petals taste
peach / apricot jam 70gr

It is better for children, of course, to use cottage cheese without sugar, otherwise the whole point is lost (calcium with sugar is not absorbed). I had enough sugar in the shaving brush.
