  • There is no definite recipe for iced coffee - it's just a flight of fantasy that happened a long time ago, and now no one even knows what this coffee consists of.
  • Basically glace is a cold coffee drink with the addition of ice cream.
  • Germans are big lovers of not only beer, but also coffee. There are people who simply cannot live without coffee, for which this drink acts as a medicine, for example, for headaches. But, in hot weather, drinking a hot drink is simply impossible.
  • Glace coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the summer season. As the name suggests, in the classic version, iced coffee is served cold (from the French glace - ice).
  • It is not known when such a drink was first prepared and no one knows what its original recipe is either, but there is a version that the birthplace of glace coffee is Austria. The people of other countries are so fond of coffee with ice cream that everyone tries to add something new and original to this drink in order to improve the already incomparable taste. This is how, for example, German iced coffee (also known as chocolate iced coffee) appeared, prepared with the addition of cocoa.

  • I used freshly ground coffee. Boiled water, added ground grains, boiled for 3 minutes. Added sugar 20 gr. Has cooled down.

  • Mix cocoa with sugar with a glass, gradually adding water, stir well.
  • We put dishes on the stove with a couple of tablespoons of water (so that the milk does not burn), bring to a boil, pour in milk, bring to a boil - pour in cocoa diluted with water, bring it to a boil again, cool.
  • 3) Pour the cooled cocoa, coffee, cream, half of the ice cream into a blender - leave the rest for decoration.
