Holstein steak

Ingredients

mix of ground beef and pork 400 g
White bread 50 g
bulb onions 6 pcs
eggs 5 pieces
ground black pepper
ground red pepper
salt
butter with spices 2 tbsp. l
green onion 2 tbsp. l
chopped parsley 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Soak white bread in water.
  • Peel and chop 2 onions finely.
  • Add squeezed bread, onion, egg to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. To add a spicy taste, season with black and red pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Add parsley.
  • Wet your hands and make 4 large steaks from the minced meat.
  • Fry in butter with spices.
  • Cut the rest of the onion into rings.
  • Remove the prepared steaks in a warm place.
  • In the same pan, fry the onions and put on the steaks.
  • In the remaining oil, fry 4 eggs.
  • Put the eggs on the steaks and onions.
  • For a side dish, you can make potato fingers and pickled cabbage.
