  • Boil potatoes in their skins and grate, add salt, oil and spices to taste. We take 500 g of the resulting puree and stir in the yolks, then the cornstarch. On a floured surface we form croquettes with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Dip in protein (chat a little with a fork), sprinkle with almond petals and fry until golden brown in oil / deep fat.
