Ingredients

Boiled beef 150 g
Korean carrots 100 g
Funchoza (ready-made, Korean) 100 g
Bulgarian red pepper 1 PC.
Boiled starch beans 100 g
Feta cheese cubes 100-150 g
Leek 20-30 g
Cabbage 100 g
Black sesame 1-2 tsp
Refueling:
Salt pepper taste
Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
Balsamic cream 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe for this delicious salad was spied by me in one of the restaurants, the name and composition of the restaurant, the proportions are mine. The actual preparation is simple: cut the boiled beef into strips, pepper into thin half rings, leeks into small rings, chop Chinese cabbage into thin strips, boil the beans to the "al dente" state and cool, mix all the ingredients, season with olive oil / balsamic / salt sauce - pepper and lemon juice, mixed until smooth. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. There are no sesame seeds in the photo and there are very few carrots (only the one that was caught in the funchose salad). The restaurant listed Asian sauce as a dressing, what is it and with what it is eaten I don’t know, because I have depicted what, in my understanding, resembles Asian cuisine: a little sour, sweetish, a little viscous
