I did not write, but in the original recipe the dough is divided into two parts, one is stretched along the bottom, and the second is pulled into a tourniquet, kneaded into a flat strip, and glued in a circle to the sides. But I had to do two harnesses, first I made half of the side, then the second. But this did not affect the result. My form is large, the dough was thin, but after cooling it kept well.
