Chicken thighs with mustard and ginger in a multicooker BORK U700

Ingredients

Chicken thighs (skinless fillet) 5-6 pcs
Bulb 1 PC
Ginger 3-3.5 cm
mustard 5-6 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken thighs. Cut the onion into half rings, either grate the ginger, or cut into small rings (I like it more).
  • 1) Marinate the thighs:
  • Put a little onion and ginger in a small container, add mustard and put a few thighs, roll them on all sides in mustard, add more onions and ginger and put more thighs and mustard again. mix everything well and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours.
  • 2) Put the thighs together with our marinade into a bowl, close the lid and turn on the Oven level 2 for 15 minutes. At the end of the program, open the lid, turn the thighs over and put them on the same mode for another 5-7 minutes.

Note

I really wanted to try to make such thighs so that they turn out with a crust, while being soft and not burnt. Happened.

(At first I thought if they would not burn, so the first time I started the Oven program, after 5 minutes I opened it and looked, it was about 15 minutes I finished cooking. and so I turned it off when there were 5 minutes left until the end.
Now I want to try to make pork kebab in the same way.

PS. I made potatoes in the microwave for 100% 14 minutes, since there was a lot of it.
