  • Now there are two cooking options:
  • 1. Classic - put the cucumber mixture in a jar. Top with spices, pour 6 tablespoons of vinegar, close the lid and shake vigorously several times. Leave overnight at room temperature, shake it several times if possible.
  • By morning, spicy pickled cucumbers are ready.
  • 2. The second option is in the marinator.

  • With this method, you can eat right away.
  • It is recommended to store such cucumbers for no more than 3 days in the refrigerator. Therefore, it is not worth doing much.
  • In Germany, at least in Saxony, this method of preparing cucumbers is quite popular. Pickled (pickled) cucumbers are not made in Germany.

It all depends on the cucumbers - if your own, proven, with a thin peel or gherkins, you can not remove the peel. If purchased, with a hard, dark green pimpled skin, it is better to clean it.
