Eintopf rice with buds

Ingredients

pork kidneys 2 pcs.
bulb 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
meat broth 1 1/4 liters
Bell pepper 6 pcs.
rice 1 multi-glass
tomato paste 2-3 st. spoons
grows up. frying oil 2-3 st. spoons
salt pepper taste
garlic 1 clove
potatoes 2-3 medium

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the carefully prepared kidneys into slices and fry in hot oil until tender, adding chopped onion and salt, chopped garlic. Add tomato paste (I have freshly grated tomatoes) stew a little.
  • 2. Cook the peppers, rice and hot broth in strips together until the rice swells. Add potatoes.
  • 3. Season with kidneys with vegetables, salt and pepper. Brews until cooked.
  • 4. At the end of cooking add chopped herbs.

I do the same only with chicken hearts. In general, eintopfs are very convenient because they are easy to prepare and very satisfying.

Lerele, I understand that in general, you can throw everything that is left in the house into the eintopf, if only it is more dangerous and thicker. But let's try to be authentic.
