Stew Bismarck or Pihelsteiner

Ingredients

Assorted pork, chicken and beef (veal) 600 g
Potatoes 750 g
Carrot 3 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Leek 1 banter.
Celery root 200 g
Meat broth or water to the product level
Salt, paprika, parsley taste

Cooking method

  • They say that when, during his vacation in the Bavarian resort of Bad Kissingen, German Chancellor Bismarck tasted this rich soup, he fell in love with him so much that since then this dish has received its second name - Bismarck stew. The thick and satisfying Piechelsteiner is included in the gold collection of the 100 most famous recipes around the world. In his honor in the German city of Regen for 130 years in July, a holiday has been held with night boating, a fancy-dress procession, a bright fair and fireworks.
  • The meat is cut into small pieces, onions - finely, potatoes and celery - into cubes, carrots - into thick circles, leek - into thin rings. Everything is put in a saucepan, until the top layer is covered, it is poured with broth, salted, sprinkled with paprika and cooked over low heat for about an hour and a half. Just before the end of cooking, add parsley. Bon Appetit!

It seems to be nothing complicated, but how beautiful! And delicious, I guess. I'll try to pile.
Larissa, thank you very much for the recipe and for the historical information, very interesting!
Nikusya
It should be tasty and aromatic and not messy to cook. Good recipe, thanks to Larissa, bookmarked.
Rusalca
It's cold outside, the wind, and here is such a soup! Hot, rich! Delight! And how can it not be tasty: the meat is cooked in meat broth! I've never cooked like that! Thank you!

Bismarck then Bismarck, but one aunty innkeeper invented this soup, and she lived somewhere near the Büchelstein mountain. And near this mountain every year they held a holiday, and so my aunt prepared this soup for the holiday.
Well, then a familiar story, a dialect, (as in pretzel, here it was given to me) the letters changed and it turned out pikhelshtain.
I read a presumptive story, because I wanted to cook it myself, now we are racing. Those who did not have time, are late ..

Exactly, Lerele,! I already have a hundred recipes from under my nose!
Lerele
dopleta, but I'm not sorry, it's easier for me than everyone else, I can read German, so I still read something
tuskarora
And I exhibited Pihelstein at the beginning of the competition
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=394028.0
But I like your version too.

Oh ... Well, that's it. I thought that sooner or later it would happen - with such an abundance, it is easy to miss. But I re-read the list three times, that's a crow. And "Pihelsteiner" does not give out the search. Do I need to delete the recipe? And I'm sorry, I'm sorry ...
P.S. Although now I looked at the recipe tuskarora - our recipe is fundamentally different. Then, probably, the "Fake Hare" will have to be deleted - it too, although in a different version, was already on the site.
tuskarora
Why delete? Someone has one set of products, someone else. Someone will like one option, someone another option. And we still can't avoid repetitions. Very modern kitchens are mixed up. And there's nothing to apologize for.
dopleta
I figured out what to do - just swap the names! And the recipes we have with you are so different! I'll fix it now.
tuskarora
Pralna!
Lerele
There is nothing to be upset, in any recipe there are a lot of options, I have not seen a single one that is the same. For example, I exhibited Frankfurt Kranz, so everything is different, both dough and cream.Seafood recipes. And it seems like there is one cake and one name.
Or take the pancakes, because there are also a lot of recipes, but it would seem a pancake and a pancake.
Maroussia
What a hearty soup! For chilly autumn weather, it is the most!
Well, I'm not talking about the design at all
Alenka43
It looks appetizing)
