Shortbread - because the crust tastes like shortbread. The recipe at one time was taken from the book "sweet tooth". Equally good with raisins, any dried candied fruit, zest and without anything.

Sand cupcake

200 gr butter
200 g sugar
5 eggs
125 ml milk
500 gr flour
1 p. Baking powder
salt
vanilla sugar
300 g raisins (optional)

The oil should be at room temperature. Beat butter with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. While continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time. You get a fluffy creamy mass. Pour in milk, sift flour with baking powder. The dough is thick and heavy (heavier than the usual muffin). Optionally - add raisins, candied fruits, zest. Put the dough in a greased ring mold, bake at 180 C for 50-60 minutes.
