Cupcakes with pears

Ingredients

Butter 100 g (50 gr.)
Chicken egg 1 PC. (2 pcs.)
Sour cream 100 ml
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l. with a slide (~ 100 g.)
Confectionery poppy 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Baking powder 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon and ground cardamom by a pinch
Small pears 3-6 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Like the author of the original recipe ( 🔗), I had an abundance of small pears.
  • Cupcakes with pears
  • In order not to waste goodness, it was decided to bake muffins.
  • Soften the butter at room temperature.
  • Grind soft butter with a powdered sugar mixer.
  • Add eggs and sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour salt and baking powder into flour and add this mixture to the dough.
  • Finally, add spices and poppy seeds.
  • Wash the pears and cut into 4 pieces. Remove core.
  • Put a little dough into ceramic cocotte makers (I have 3 pcs. 0.2 l each). Place the pear quarters into the dough and fill the voids with the remaining dough.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes (focus on your oven).

Note

In parentheses, the replacement is indicated, which I recommend, i.e., reduce the amount of oil by half, but increase the eggs to two pieces. Otherwise it turns out very oily. Although maybe someone will like the original recipe.
