Eggplant casserole with a cheese and mushroom crust

Ingredients

Eggplant 3 medium
Ham 300gr
Tomatoes 6 large
Garlic
Salt
Mayonnaise
Mushrooms 150 g
Cheese 150 g

Cooking method

  • I had no idea that it would turn out so delicious. And it all started with the trivial - everyone ate, everyone was hungry, there was little food.
  • I cut the eggplants into thin strips. She did not take off her skin. Salted and put in a colander to drain.
  • I rubbed the ham on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the tomatoes into rings.
  • Mushrooms (I have champignons) - in thin plates.
  • Then she smeared the form with vegetable oil. And, they drove:
  • a layer of eggplant strips. Sprinkled with ham. I put the tomatoes and greased them with mayonnaise - not abundantly. Then salt, pepper, chopped garlic. Then the flakiness was repeated three times. Covered with foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180. NO WATER!
  • Then she removed the foil and stewed for another 20 minutes to evaporate the sauce a little.
  • Now the most delicious! Add the mushrooms and cheese and turn on the top grill for crusting.
  • It turned out awesome. Nobody guessed the eggplant. And the mushrooms were crispy and crispy! Sois turned out to be awesome.

Note

I can cheat with the temperature of the oven, since it is exposed, but there is no thermometer in the oven.
