Ingredients

Zucchini (grate zucchini) 1300 gr.
Sweet red pepper (cut into pieces) 300 gr.
Red onion (grate) 150 gr.
Fresh dill 2 tbsp. l.
Dry mint (or fresh 1 tbsp. L.) 1/2 tsp

Milk 200 ml.
Pepper (set of colored peppers from the mill - to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I really love this casserole - it cooks quickly, affordable products, and yet it's tasty, aromatic and juicy, try it!
  • Peel the zucchini (zucchini), place in a colander and squeeze out the juice.
  • Cut the pepper into pieces, grate the onion.
  • Juicy vegetable casserole with cheese
  • Place zucchini (zucchini), dill, eggs (2 pcs), pepper, cheese, semolina in a deep bowl, pepper and mix well. Salt a little if necessary, taking into account the salinity of the cheese.
  • Place the prepared mixture in a mold 26 cm in diameter, cover the bottom of which with baking paper and grease with oil.
  • Juicy vegetable casserole with cheese
  • I always, especially when I have a batter or cake pouring, take a square sheet of paper much larger than the mold, cover the bottom of the mold with it, and then put on the ring. And the form will not leak and it is much more convenient to remove the cake from such paper.
  • Juicy vegetable casserole with cheese
  • Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Juicy vegetable casserole with cheese
  • Beat eggs (2 pcs) with milk, salt and pepper. Remove the pie from the oven and pour the resulting filling over it. Bake at 170 degrees C for another 60 minutes until golden brown. Focus on your oven!

Nata, what a beauty!
Tell me, is it tasty cold?
natapit
yummy and cold and warm and hot ... thanks!
Arka
Nata, a couple more questions
I only have cheese "Parisian cow"
will fit?

and we still don't use dill

there is cilantro, tarragon and mint

and small semolina is a durum?
natapit
cheese is very good! then only mint!

and small semolina is a durum?

I don't even know a word like that, use the usual one!
Arka
durum, semolina, grains - from hard grades of coarse grinding
and semolina from soft
but I don’t know what kind of small semolina is this? we only sell one type
natapit
Use regular or you can use cornmeal. as for polenta!
Arka
Thank you Natasha!
I have all the ingredients, I will bake tomorrow! Hurrah!
celfh
Yes, Natasha, you know how to cheer up your appetite in the morning! Oh, and I love summer for such amazing vegetable recipes! And your recipes are a separate song altogether

Natalie, this is probably super tasty! I'm taking away in bookmarks, my son will come next week and I'll feed him. One question! If there is no red pepper, will another one work? It's just too early for red, and there is no desire to buy imported ones. We already have a young green pepper for 12 UAH, but it is not very thick-fleshed.
Melanyushka
Delicious recipe! I'll do it tomorrow!
chapic
and on what grater to rub the zucchini?
Luciole
Wow, my neighbor just presented zucchini to me
I'll feed my husband!

Arka
Put it in the oven
I could not resist and added a clove of garlic
Let's take her for a visit! To the lamb!
Luciole
And I added a clove of garlic
Also in the oven
Arka
Ufff, at least get more than one hat
Sveta!
Luciole

nope, I’ll get more on the hat (I don’t know how to adhere to the recipes 100%) - I still have a couple of eggplants lying around in the fridge, so I added them here too.Try - I will report

eggplant is fine too, but it tastes heavier than zucchini .... a lot of juice?
Luciole
The eggplants were small, I squeezed out the juice carefully. The pie itself turned out to be juicy, although the juice did not flow out of it, but rather bland. I put the garlic in the filling. Probably, it is worth putting more of it directly into the zucchini, and I would put more cheese We will experiment, thanks for the recipe
Arka
Natasha, delicious casserole! Not a single piece is left! Thank you!
Juicy vegetable casserole with cheese
After the grater, I salted the zucchini and squeezed it hard, my hands ached.
When I added brine cheese, the zucchini flowed again, so I added 50 ml of my own grains.
And the eggs turned out to be with double yolks
By the way, it didn't work out in the oven for an hour, I had to get it 15 minutes earlier. I wrapped it in foil and we drove out. I thought we’d come to visit, and I’ll finish it there. But she apparently came along the road, because she was absolutely ready!
It turned out very juicy, but it didn't flow. I wanted to try it cold, but there was no left at all

Natasha, did I understand correctly?
Can you use both Gouda and Feta?
Well they are different ...
Gouda is hard, and feta cheese is like ...

so like the recipe we look and see
Gouda cheese (grate you can use Feta cheese)

natapit , Natasha, thanks for the recipe!
I really deviated from the original,
but the result is delicious!
cooked in cartoon, took less zucchini - two medium
(I began to rub - it turns out a lot - I thought it would not be baked in a cartoon),
Chees Feta ,
instead of pepper - put cauliflower (well, there is still no meaty pepper of the new crop),
half a tomato in cubes,
semolina poured a little more - it seemed watery,
+ salt, pepper, mixed and in a cartoon,
20 minutes without filling and 40-45 minutes with filling,
pulled out and stood in a saucepan overnight,
pulled out in the morning - yummy!
on such a squash basis, you can probably come up with many variations -
I also want to try with the addition of mushrooms (maybe in layers)!
p.s. I'll post photos on the weekend

natapit
Girls, thank you all very much!

but eggplants are to blame for this - they want spice!
