Ingredients

Tomatoes 3 pcs.
Chopped greens (cilantro, dill and basil) 1 tbsp. l
Garlic 1 clove
Salt 1/3 - 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/3 tsp
French grain mustard 1/2 tsp

Apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar 1/2 -1 tbsp. l
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • - Tomatoes for our appetizer are sweet and fleshy, medium-sized. We cut them into rings.

Chlorogenic acid is a strong antioxidant, bactericidal agent.

Kaempferol reduces the fragility of blood vessels, capillaries, removes excess fluid from the body. Has anti-inflammatory effect.

Stigmasterol has an antiseptic effect, helps to reduce the total level of cholesterol in the blood, and is a prophylactic agent for heart disease.
