Girls, I really like Aliy's pizza dough from the friendly forum. I quote her:
A quick pizza dough.

- One glass of flour
- A third glass of warm water
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Heaped teaspoon of fast dry yeast
- Half a tablespoon of honey
(I added more salt, otherwise it turns out very bland, and I don't like it)

If desired, you can add a pinch of dry garlic powder and dry onion powder to the dough.
The recipe for making quick pizza dough.

- All the trick of this test lies in the significantly more yeast in its composition. This, coupled with the content of a small amount of honey in the dough, allows you to significantly accelerate the process of "ripening" of the dough, practically without compromising the quality of the finished cake.
The pizza turns out to be incomparable!

I almost constantly use it for baking in the GF, both under the form and under the rug, it bakes more evenly and better with it, it is exactly what is good forwhich gives a small "air cushion" and distributes the heat inside the stove. I cut a circle out of a square grid, it turned out exactly what I needed in the size of the bottom.
