Today I have an unexpected joy, on this occasion a pie came together! Waited a long time in the bookmarks! Streisel pie with berries (Arka)
The experience of making it in the Princess here already was, so I decided to try in the GF.
And ... I almost ruined everything! No, in fact, everything turned out at its best, but that's who said that the GF does not give a fried top. Yeah, and how ... I set the timer for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (this is my favorite temperature for baking), heard its sound, after 5 minutes I went to open it. And it was still good, but I think, let me add 5 more minutes to make it even more beautiful! Maybe, of course, they were not superfluous, (the filling is still wet inside, and Arka in the recipe gives an hour for the oven), but I still had to cover the top with a Teflon leaf ... But nothing, I retouched it with powder and my handsome man is standing now, cooling down! The smell is simply amazing! The bottom, I looked in, is excellent - evenly golden, for which I love the net.

Yuliya K, Yulyash, what a dumb thing! : nyam: Wonderful GFushka! Well done!

And I am again with a fool. What I like about the Tristarische is its delicacy. You could, of course, try it in the Princess, but there were raw potatoes with raw meat available, so it took more time. You could have taken Tortillana, but that pretzel for this delicious dish is painfully small. Again in the turn of Tristarik.

I didn't want to get into the topic. Because I realized long ago that the dispute is useless in this case. Persistent imposition of Tristar and complete ignorance of the PR owners. Rather, the owners of the updated PR.
I see that the owners of this stove have practically stopped writing here in the subject. I do not speak for Ukrainian women, but there are also Russian girls who use the updated PR and are also silent.
So I still think why this is for sale with us and Tristar is updated, and the PR of all options. And this Tristar is sold cheaper than even PR without a regulator. But for some reason, almost all Ukrainian women buy from us, or order by joint venture, mainly PR. Although it seems more logical and easier, given our current financial situation, to order Tristar.
The question is just filling

Quote: RepeShock
in Tristar, you can't burn your hand either, the ventilation system has been changed and the steam-condensate does not come down in front, like OL. Also, no mitt is required to open the handle after cooking, the handle practically does not heat up.
Irina, you once made a remark to me so that I would not confuse all users, and newcomers, and indicated the model of my Princess. Since then, if I write, I try to always indicate the model of my Princess.
So why are you so actively dissuading everyone from PR, persistently imposing your stove.
Why do you, describing your negative experience in using it, generalize both models of the Princess?
Why don't you write the PR model that you actively reject all the time?
Just because it is not sold in Russia, but sold in Ukraine?
So maybe Ukrainian women shouldn't go into this topic at all?
If anything, I have nothing against Tristarchik. It’s probably a good stove, I just didn’t have to use it. Therefore, I do not know what else can be said about him.
And your quote above does not in any way apply to the Princess 115001, that is, the model with a regulator. Because you yourself wrote more than once that Tristar is a complete copy of the updated OL.

Well, once I have already come here, I will show that Princess 115001 was prepared for us yesterday for dinner. We were on the road all day, then we arrived, fiddled a bit in the OG until my husband rebelled - and are we going to have dinner today?
All this was prepared in an hour and a half.
First, I quickly hammered the pie and set it to bake in the OL, so that it could cool down for tea.

While PR was busy with pie, I prepared everything for fishcakes. Grind pollock fillet with cottage cheese and zucchini in a meat grinder. Added spices, mixed well. Minced meat is ready.
After half an hour, I took out a form with a pie and spread the minced meat directly with a spoon on a clean surface. Another half hour, even less, and the cutlets are ready.

The husband at that time had already peeled the potatoes and cut the bacon. I wiped the surface with a napkin and laid out the potatoes.
FSE! Closed Princess 115001, interfered once.

Potatoes with bacon and green onions.

I cut the onion with the blue Mikhaskins and after half an hour sat down to supper.

Nelechka, no, no, no! Irina does not discourage the Princess at all, no. She simply says that the Tristar with a thermostat is more versatile than the old Princess, which is sold in Russia. And she would be glad to write about the new Princess, but she is not for sale here.
I would have bought it too, but nowhere else.

I buy half of a chopped loaf, grind it into cubes - rhombuses - this amount is enough for the croutons to lay in one layer in the oven. From a cold 15 minutes, I open it three or four times, let off steam)) well, I mix it. Approximate time, you need to look at the result in your oven.
I then did it on her recommendation.
And the second time she dropped a little bit. butter, salt and add squeezed garlic before turning off

SoNika, Rituslya, Tumanchik, Thank you!
Ritawhat a beauty !! ! Well done you and Tristarik! And yet it's great when there are several assistants to choose from! Each has its own advantages!
Nelya, well, you are hard workers with the Princess! So much to cook in an hour and a half! And to compare the stoves ... I thought that the renewed Princess and Tristar are the same, only differ in color ... So there are still differences? I remember that when the photo of the updated Princess first appeared, many were really looking forward to her appearance, but for some reason she did not reach Russia ...

Tumanchik, write quickly, we have cakes in high esteem !!!
here in general everything is convenient and you don't need to smear your hands. I took half of the norm - just for one cake.
kneading in HP on yeast dough, helping with a spatula and correcting the bun. it is quite viscous. but before the end of the kneading (3-2 minutes), I pour in a spoonful of flour and drip a tablespoon of vegetable oil. a bun is formed immediately.kneaded and switched to proofing. let him wander. only since the test is small, then less time is needed. Then I greased my hands well with oil and dumped the dough on a Teflon circle (I didn't grease anything) to fit the size of the stove. Well, I already showed it - I cut it out of Teflon fabric. and hands the dough just flattened in a circle. all! I turned on the stove for 20 seconds, so that it warmed up and put the circle there and covered it. after 20-25 minutes the cake has already grown. took it out. I made holes with my oiled finger. GF-ku warmed up at 195 and when the light bulb lit up there a circle and threw it and closed it. bakes for about 10-15 minutes. I then turn it over, so that the crust crunches on all sides. and then rest on the grate. VOIL !!!!
so in general you can bake any bread !!!

Ritusya, it’s very strange why you don’t import a PR with a thermostat. So they actively sell the old PR, they even sell it at a stock, at a very tasty price for us. And they do not want to import the updated PR. After all, this is the turnover of entrepreneurs, and this is their income.
But apparently there are reasons for this.
Quote: Tumanchik
girls carry a report on bread.
Ira, it is very tempting to try baking this bread in a pizza maker. I baked it several times in HP and I liked the result. Now we must try to bake it in the OL. Maybe tomorrow I'll just put it, tomorrow I need to bake another bread.
Quote: Yuliya K
So there are still differences?
Julia, I cannot answer this question in any way. I do not know Tristar at all, and did not even consider his descriptions when choosing a pizza maker for myself. My decision was one and final. From the very beginning I dreamed of PR, even long before the new model appeared on sale. I read Temka from the beginning of its existence sometimes and just dreamed. Just because of financial troubles, I could not afford it.
And I hardly use the timer either. I do all the baking on parchment, or in a silicone mold on a swing. And most often I fry meat, fish, vegetables just on the surface of the stove, lightly greasing with a brush with oil and also at the stroke.
But according to the Irsha method, I turn it off a little earlier than the readiness of the dish and bring it to readiness already in the switched off PR. This saves both time and energy. Very rarely, my PR works for more than 20 minutes, and there is simply no point in reducing the time with the regulator. After all, whether you reduce the temperature with the timer, or turn it off, it will still finish cooking at a gradually decreasing temperature.
Rituslya
Nelechka, I am also very sorry. I would love to hug the updated Princess. I really like such small amenities as a thermostat, for example. It may not actually be needed, but I often use it. I have nothing against the old Princess, but, probably, the Princess with a thermostat would be more convenient. Unfortunately, again, for some reason, it is not for sale. Sorry. Very sorry!

Girls, I propose to open topics on Tristar, and a princess with a thermostat, and on GF, etc.

Each stove has its own characteristics - so it would be better not to argue which one is better, but to praise your own, not comparing it with other sounds * pfi * - but in your topic, where it will be very appropriate, and recipes for your stove will be exactly in the subject for this stove.

This topic is called Pizza Makers Princess 115000, Travola SW302T, Fagor MG-300.

Even the initial unification three devices with different characteristics - it was no longer correct.

When the pizza makers boom, many bought a princess and a grass, the price was very good at first, affordable to many.
At first, they argued - which is better - Princess 115000 or Travola SW302T.

Fagor MG-300 - a copy of Travola SW302T, but the power is 920W, but a good function - Off timer right up to 90 minutes, with such a small power - very convenient.

And now all this type of electric pans are discussed in this topic. And more often with a sign - my good, others not so much.

Masha-Masinen opened the topic on Clathronic, on Tortillka.
What prevents Irina-RepeSHOK from opening a topic on Tristar
And this topic turned into some kind of eternal quarrel.

Irsha, Ira! Great offer! And in the very first lines of each topic, write (for beginners) that there are many similar ovens and there are five, let's say, topics about them on the forum. And give links to these topics. Right at the Sam-Sam the beginning of each topic.
Recipes in each topic with baking time, temperature, etc. will be exactly what you need and unnecessary quarrels will stop immediately. And for beginners, all available topics on 1 page will be listed and those who wish will go into all these topics and then choose. Of course, the questions are: "Which is better?" will not stop, but it will be easier to answer them without offending anyone.

Valentine, Thanks for the link. I will definitely try

And I don't see any problems at all, as well as the fact that there are quarrels. It's just that everyone expresses their opinion. And often the same thing. But the fault here is not those who express it, but those who come to Temka with the same question and are lazy to read all the comments.
Therefore, how to produce Temko in large quantities, which will die out, since few people write according to recipes, I propose to accumulate answers to basic questions and constantly throw off new ones reproducing. The benefit of the material is mass and the world is YOU)))

RepeShock

Why should I open a topic on Tristar? Many bought it long before me.
I have THREE pizza makers: princess, tristar and tortilla.

That is why I can compare them at work, and not by the picture.
Actually, beginners ask those who have something to compare.

And when you have alone stove, there can be no talk of any comparison, you can just write your opinion about what is available.

I wrote for a long time that it is not good to do one topic for everything.
But now there is so much experience here that I don't see any sense in dividing the topic into almost 1000 pages.
I would very much like beginners to read the topic, here all the questions have already been asked and all the answers are available.
grinaty
Irsha, Irina, let the theme live and flourish as it was! Don't divide it into a bunch of little ones! Otherwise, very necessary information will be lost, common for all PPs. Better for beginners to read the topic from the very beginning - many questions will disappear by themselves! I didn't have a PP, I like nila I wrote, I also read the topic - I dreamed and thought: buy - not buy. Now I have Tristarik - I'm getting used to it on the sly: it's hard to change the habit of just taking out the frying pan and frying it on the stove. The hand automatically does everything. Probably, the fact that I have a good e-mail interferes with quickly switching to a PP. stove with adjustments worked out over the years. But I regularly watch and study the topic and recipes, even bought a PP for my daughter - she, unlike me, has been doing a lot of things there for a long time and is very happy !!! So - no need to chop-cut the topic, let it live in its original form !!
Oh, while I was writing - Irina-Repeshok I expressed the same idea in other words!
I agree with Irina that before buying, when there is a CHOICE, it is important to know the features of the stoves and choose the one that is most suitable exactly according to your requirements, wishes. And a huge THANKS for sharing not only the recipes, but also the features of cooking in one or another PP.

Well, since no one bothers to find the beginning of the last dispute, and the instigator is silent, I remind you:

Quote: M @ rtochka

And now there are Tristars. It's more convenient, why take Travola?

Quote: Irsha

nastasija, take grass grass, do not hesitate then, someday, you will run into a share, and you will buy a princess
the coating of the grass is weaker than that of the princess - no problem - we cook on silicone molds and Teflon mats, everyone knows the advantages of grass = cheaper, there is a timer, not so hot I cook mainly in silicone molds or on teflon matsthat hide the temperature and give a more delicate cooking, and therefore I would not take the tristar - it has a t regulator on the lid, and is it needed if we do not cook anything in pizza makers for more than 30 minutes, and half of the cooking time goes when the timer is off, this is conveniently

After such statements, not supported by anything, except for personal preferences and conjectures, further skirmishes arise.

In the future, I ask you to be more attentive if you make any accusations to someone.

SoNika
RepeShock, you are super
Tumanchik
Irsha, you are a meticulous and attentive girl, PLIZ !!!! walk on Temko. Collect reviews and characteristics by model. Make a memo. We will add if cho. And we will throw it to beginners as a reminder. And we ourselves will calmly discuss recipes and adapt others for our own ovens. Yes, new models to wait. And all will be well))))

Yes, it also seems to me that sometimes disputes arise due to helping newcomers, well, okay, let's draw conclusions, let's be calm! And beginners, in turn, will be more diligent, not shying away from reading, at least diagonally!
I, too, are in favor of leaving everything as it is - all these stoves together! In addition to the differences in details, our stoves have a lot in common and all the recipes, even with a slight adjustment in time, work for each of these stoves! Why should we lose all this accumulated wealth? And run on different Temko? Let's say I don't have Tristar, I don't seem to need that Temka, AHA, but what is an interesting recipe who will lay out and what? I will only learn about it after centuries, until someone in the Princess or the GF repeats it!
