  • As my assistants, I have a Mirta BM2088 bread maker with 2 kneaders. So, let's begin:
  • We take a form for making bread. She inserts two kneaders into it. This model includes 4 kneaders for different baking sizes. For this recipe, I used the smaller ones. We pour all the ingredients into the form in the order that I wrote in the recipe.
  • I covered the sun-dried tomatoes. I keep them in olive oil in the refrigerator.
  • Turn on the "Basic" mode, set the crust mode to "medium" and the START button.
  • First she stands, then kneads, lifts and bakes. At the end of the regime, we get bread. Using the hook, we take out the kneaders. And leaves the bread to cool.

I did this - I fell asleep everything except tomatoes and cheese, started it on the standard program (in my Moulinex Uno it is "French bread" - program 3), first I watched the bun - I had to add flour one and a half tablespoons with a slide to curl up nicely. Further, I did not wait for the sound signal for filling the filling, because there is a lot of it, when the bun was already curled up, I began to slowly pour out the tomatoes, and after the signal it was already cheese. By the way, I bought a regular Dutch cheese. I didn't understand what "not fat cheese" is - they are all 45% each

Well, the bread was a success! It rose beautifully (in the end, however, a little opal, but this is always the case with me), beautiful, by the way, there was no strong smell of some kind. I attach photos!

In spite of everything, the bread was recognized as the most delicious. Although the "paradox of bread" is still not clear to me, this is not only about this bread - this loaf contains 150 grams of CHEESE, a bunch of pure spices, tomatoes, which are all in the same spices, but it doesn't feel like it! That is, a person who did not know that he could not even guess that there was cheese there.It is so offensive) But on the other hand, it turned out to be just an interesting and very tasty bread.

By the way, I was very pleased with its structure - it does not crumble almost and is very soft, but at the same time it is easy to cut.
