Thanks for the recipe!
Is mustard powder or pasty?
And did you try to do it with sourdough?
Tamborén
Oh, just now I noticed that we have the same bread makers!
Another question: maybe some of the liquid can be replaced with milk, or kefir, as to your taste - is it suitable for this recipe?
Tamborén
Yesterday I baked this bread with rye sourdough.
I took the mustard paste, ready-made.
The gingerbread man was perfect.
The bread did not rise high, but delicious. I think if it will be great with his fish, for sandwiches!
Thanks again for the recipe!

To your health!
The mustard is used ready-made (not powder).
I use yeast, it takes a long time with the leaven. I did not change the ingredients. For baking bread with rye flour, water is usually used.
Try to bake strictly according to the recipe, program - "9", weight - 750g, crust - medium.
The bread is very aromatic and hardly crumbles. If you have mustard oil, try using it to enhance the flavor.
P.S: Ingredients should be warm.

Thank you!
I would love to bake it with yeast, but my doctor forbade them forever. I liked bread more on them, to be honest. But, fortunately, my husband likes sourdough bread better, so there is no need to bake each one separately. Now I bake everything with sourdough. It takes longer, but less fuss, in my opinion. Maybe someday I'll bake this bread with yeast as a gift to someone ...
I really miss the "Pastry" program on the timer in our HP ... I would go to sourdough bread. The timer does not apply to "Strong baking", unfortunately, and the burnt sides come out on it.
But this, of course, is offtopic, sorry.
The bread is fragrant and delicious, thanks for the recipe!

Sorry, and how much is a measuring glass?
Tamborén

I think 230 ml.
carry2007
I have a measuring cup - 230 ml.,
Flour: 1 measuring cup = 135g.
If you have a glass larger or smaller, it doesn't matter. The main thing is to measure flour and liquid in one glass!

Please tell me, can I throw some bran instead of oatmeal?

Can! But keep track of the quality of the batch, the flour / liquid balance, since the bran does not absorb liquid well. Make the dough soft (not liquid!)

Please tell me what kind of oatmeal is needed for this bread, there are so many of them on sale.

I'm responsible for the author, sorry
Oatmeal is best taken on a pack of which it is indicated to cook for 10 minutes

Bread baking does not depend on the oven model!
Bread is creativity! You need to learn how to make high-quality dough, and here you can't strictly measure in grams, milliliters, here you need to feel the dough, flour / liquid balance, bun!

Let's go here and learn:

One piece of advice for you.
Don't be lazy, read the topics Admin where the rules for the formation of a bun and the basic principles of bread baking are clearly spelled out.
Then you will noticeably diminish your questions. And you can take any recipe from the forum and independently adapt it to your bread machine model.

Thank you, I have already turned to Roma and he fully approved my recipe, but the bread is still glive and the crumb falls through even with the balance of water - the flour is all normal-300 and 530, so I'm asking for a recipe for the electrolux, maybe there are some nuances help

Green, no need to be hysterical!

I already wrote, baking does not depend on the model of x / stove, learn to make bread dough, I gave you links!

This cannot be! I could approve of the flour / liquid proportions! But if you have weighed, measured, laid the food incorrectly, thereby disturbing the flour / liquid balance - this is no longer for me!

Be patient and, most importantly, desire to work with flour and bake homemade bread

Yeah, I see ... It is clear that you have not read anything and do not want to read.

Hello bakers! I love this forum and especially this bread recipe. It turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. I counted all the ingredients for my Gorenje BM 1200 BK and converted the glasses into grams, this is what happened:
*** water - 390 ml
*** oil grows. - 25 gr. or 1 1/2 tbsp. l
*** mustard - 4 1/2 tbsp. l (take some chukha)
*** oatmeal - 4 1/2 tbsp. l
*** sugar - 3 tbsp. l
*** salt - 1 1/2 tsp
*** wheat flour - 400 gr.
*** rye flour - 200 gr.
*** dry yeast - 3 tsp
She baked on the program "Rye Bread".
The loaf turns out to be large, weighing ~ 1200 gr.

Many thanks to the author Especially from my husband :-)

P.S. Today I ran out of rye flour, and I really wanted bread, and I replaced rye with wheat (in total, I took 600 grams of only wheat flour). Yeast put 2 tsp. Result in the photo Electrolux EBM8000 Wheat-rye bread with mustard and oatmeal
