  • Then we grease the stretched * sheet * with melted butter and put cheese around the perimeter through a grater, but not too densely, but thinly, in places ...
  • We take a tablecloth by one edge and start rolling the roll ...
  • We twist the roll into a spiral, grease with yolk and put in a preheated oven at 180 * C and bake until golden brown for 30 - 40 minutes ...
