Ingredients

Small young squash / zucchini 2 pcs
Cucumbers 2 pcs
Green basil / leaves ~ 10-12pcs
Garlic 3-4 slices
Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking method

  • Chop the basil and garlic very finely. Peel the zucchini. Cut the cucumbers and zucchini into cubes with a side of ~ 1 cm. Mix everything, salt and season with oil. Mix.
  • A very refreshing, pleasant, certainly healthy salad turns out.

I do it differently from time to time: I take zucchini and vegetables to them, which, when sliced, do not give a lot of juice (cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, celery and others), I cut them out of them, and put them in a saucepan under the lid. At the same time, I do not salt the vegetables. Then they do not give juice during storage, and will remain strong and crispy when served.
And then you can serve them for a salad, make different dressings, salt and serve. Now you can add soft vegetables such as tomatoes to the salad, even if they flow, it is no longer scary, only better - they will give juice to vegetables.
