Ingredients

Raisin sourdough 150 g
Water 80 ml + 250 ml
Flour / s 100 gr + 350 gr
Whole grain flour 150 g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Bran 10 g
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Make a Dough: whole starter culture + 80 ml water + 100 g flour + 100 gr mix and leave at room temperature for 12 hours. The dough will triple.
  • 2. The batch was done in HP on the Basic program. Put all the ingredients and the Dough into the HP. Switch on the Main program after the first proving and kneading, take out the dough and form a flat cake, place it on the bottom of the MB in a non-stick bowl.
  • 3. Turn on the temperature 35 g and for 1 hour.
  • 4. After the dough comes up, turn on the Fry for 25 minutes. After the end of the program, you can turn the bread over and turn it on for another 10 minutes. I blushed the top in the oven.

Note

The bread has a very thin crust. Soft, airy and light crumb. Delicious and aromatic. There was a raisin aroma throughout the apartment during baking. The sourdough itself is 3 weeks old.

ang-kay, baking in the oven is a hassle, it does not bake my bread well, it is gas with an upper and lower burner ... you cannot cut the temperature. And in MV it is faster, and there is not so much trouble !!!
