Another not quick pilaf in the Steba multicooker

Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Onion
Carrot
Meat 700 g
Rice 1.5 MS
Boiling water 1.5 MS
Salt, pepper, spices
Garlic 1 head

Cooking method

  • Hurrah!!!! I managed!!! For several years I scoffed at food, multicooker, and eventually at my home. Well, I didn't get pilaf, IN ANY WAY !!! Porridge with meat and everything here and parboiled rice did not help me. And here it was urgently necessary to come up with something for dinner. In the afternoon I took out beef and when it thawed, I was horrified at what a "chic" sinewy piece I snatched. I took the basic recipe from the book as a basis. So, in order.
  • 1. Turned on the plug on Roasting... The signal sounded and I poured butter and sent the chopped meat after him. As soon as the meat was covered, I added onions and carrots. Brought to half-readiness and turned off the program. In total, it took 10 minutes.
  • 2. Meat is sinewy, so something had to be done with it. I salted and pepper it, closed the lid and started the program Meat, pressure 0.7, 15 minutes.
  • 3. As soon as the pressure equalized, steamed rice went into the saucepan, sprinkled with suneli hops on top, stuck a head of garlic in the middle and poured boiling water over it. Porridge program, pressure 0.3, 10 minutes

The dish is designed for

6

Note

I barely managed to sniff a portion for dad. The photo is creepy, since this is the only thing that I could capture. Rice turned out to be rice for rice, deliciously tasty. For the first time in years I have nothing left for tomorrow
