Mojo marinated chicken

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 1 kg
orange juice 120ml
bow feathers 1 PC
garlic 2-3 cloves
lime juice 2 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce 2st. spoons
refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
dried oregano 0.5h spoons
ground cumin 0.4 tsp
Tobasco sauce 0.5h spoons
salt
black pepper

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, chop. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce, add the onion and garlic. The sauce is ready. Put the thighs in a bowl or a plastic bag, season with salt, pepper, pour the sauce so that all the meat is covered. Marinate from two hours to a day, keep in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a baking mat or foil. Lay the chicken pieces skin side down. Bake until crispy golden brown. Turn the chicken pieces over and continue baking until the chicken is done.
  • The chicken is very juicy and tasty.
