Does the power of the bread machine affect the baking of bread? The difference between ovens 2501 and 2500 is power. If the 2500 does not have a dispenser, but the power is 615 watts, and the 2501 has a dispenser, but the stove power is 500 watts. I think you can do without a dispenser, but the stove should have a higher power. She will not only bake bread better, but she will also have more strength to knead bread or dough. Am I thinking right? I suffer in choosing a stove from these models.

Evgeniya61, HP power is determined by the heater and partly by the motor, the heaters and motors are the same for these models.

Thank you. What does 500 and 615 watts mean?

Evgeniya61, this means incorrect data power consumption 503-550W 🔗

Thanks again! So I'm buying 2501. I had an LG. I was happy with it. And the bread baked good and kneaded the dough. The bucket is leaking. This is probably the minus of all LG. The recipe did not have to be done as punctually as in Panasonic. I read laudatory reviews about Panas and decided on this HP.

In the instructions for my Hitachi, the fuse is marked at 190 * C, which means that the temperature in the oven during baking does not rise above 180-190 * C, which corresponds to the temperature of baking bread optimally - in the oven, bread is baked in a mold at the same temperature of 180- 190 * C.

Isn't it so in Panasonic? Or is it a Hitachi feature?

I do not know about Panasonic, but 180-190 * C should be at the x / oven when baking, otherwise the bread will be unbaked - this is the optimal temperature for baking bread, and should be put in any x / oven

I have a Panasonic 2500. I am very pleased with her.
When I was choosing a bread maker, I shoveled the entire Internet. Read reviews to the stupor. And I made a choice on this particular model, because users of the 2501 model often complained that sometimes the dispenser does not open, that it shoots too loudly, it does not close.
And some even think that it is not necessary. I think so too. I can do just fine without him. I rarely bake pie with raisins or any other additives. And if necessary, I add it on a signal.
And generally speaking. I believe that the less bells and whistles, the more reliable the technique.
But that's my opinion.
