Ingredients

Semolina 100 g
Kefir 200 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Milk 150 g
Sugar 170 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Baking powder 5 g
Carob 50 g

Cooking method

  • Pour semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Beat the cottage cheese with milk, sugar and butter.
  • Add semolina, beat again.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and carob.
  • The dough is like very thick sour cream.
  • Spread 1 st. l. Bake for 12 minutes.
  • I like this unit ... I ran it and went about my business. The only thing is to follow two rules: the dough should be of medium consistency (not too liquid, not steep). And the second - it is necessary to impose 1 st. l., if more, then they do not have time to bake and "blown away" when cooling.
