Biscuit roll with condensed milk

Ingredients

Condensed milk 400 g
Eggs 2 pieces
Flour (glass 250 ml) 1 glass
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon

Cooking method

  • 400 g of condensed milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup (250 ml) flour mixed with 1 tsp. spoon baking powder. Beat with a mixer, pour (thin layer) onto a baking sheet (baking paper is required). Bake in the oven (bakes very quickly). Roll the finished biscuit into a roll (on the long side) along with paper. When it cools down, remove the paper, spread it with jam or cream and roll it up again.
