Maryushka biscuits (without eggs)

Ingredients

Kefir 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter (softened) 150 gr.
Flour* 4-4.5 st.
Soda (I have a baking powder 1.5 tsp) 1 tsp
Vanillin taste
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Mix kefir with sugar. Add softened butter, stir. Gradually add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough
  • Maryushka biscuits (without eggs)
  • Roll out the dough into a layer 1.5-2 mm thick, cut cookies with molds. Place cookies on a baking sheet

  • Bake at 200-220 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown

In the original recipe, cookies are sprinkled with ground nuts on top, I didn't have any nuts.But it's still very tasty and not troublesome
