Ingredients

Silver carp fish (all parts from fish)
Potatoes 5 pcs large
Carrot 1 pc large
Onion 1pc big head
Tomatoes 500gr
Garlic
Salt, vegeta, seasonings Taste

Cooking method

  • The fish chorba is very popular in the former Yugoslavia. It is prepared from fresh fish.
  • And I just had a chance to cook it from a freshly caught silver carp.
  • From fish we need:
  • Head
  • Tail
  • A piece of tail meat.
  • Everything must be cleaned well, rinsed. Put the Shteba in the bowl and fill it with cold water up to the max mark. Do not salt, do not season. Cooking fish broth.
  • We turn on the Soup mode for 25 minutes, the pressure is 0.7.
  • At the end, we do not release the pressure, because the bowl is full and so that it does not go through the valve, we are waiting for the pressure to drop by itself.
  • At this time, we prepare vegetables. Cut potatoes, carrots, onions into cubes and fry for 15 minutes in sunflower oil. You can fry in a slow cooker or on the stove in a skillet.
  • You can take fresh tomatoes, I used natural Italian tomatoes, 500 gr pack. The same amount is needed for fresh and chopped in a blender.
  • At the end of frying, put the tomatoes with the vegetables and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • We open the lid of the pressure cooker, take out all the fish, and filter the broth. We disassemble the fish and return the meat to the broth.
  • We put all the vegetables in the broth with fish, salt, and season to your liking.
  • My soup along with vegetables turned out exactly to the max mark, if suddenly there is more, then the broth must be poured.
  • We turn on the Soup mode for 10 minutes, the pressure is 0.7.
  • After 10 minutes, we wait for the pressure to drop by itself.
  • And we get the most delicious fish soup!
