Raisins 100 g
Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt pinch
Butter (for greasing the mold) 10 g

Cooking method

  • Dear culinary experts, if you are tormented by the question of how to bake a delicious curd casserole super-fast, but at the same time it is super-tasty? Then my reset is a must-read!
  • Of course, you can stir the mass by hand, but I like to cook quickly. And I also love the beautiful, homogeneous consistency without lumps. Therefore, I always use a blender.
  • In order to prepare the curd mass in one go, you will need a blender with a large bowl. I have a Mirta BHF 370 blender with a 1.75 liter bowl.
  • Curd casserole in 30 minutes
  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl at once: eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, raisins, nuts, flour and semolina. Turn the blender on to maximum speed and blend for a minute.
  • Add the curd mass to a greased form and place in the oven, bread maker or slow cooker (whichever you prefer).
  • If you cook a casserole in a bread maker, but it will be soft on the inside, and more baked around the edges. If in a multicooker - then with a smaller crust and more delicate taste. In the oven - crusty and denser.

Kizya, I baked this one in the oven. But I usually do it in a Mirta MPC 16 multicooker, where it turns out to be more tender. In the oven - drier, but with a dense crust.
