Rice balls (Steba sandwich makers)

Ingredients

Round rice 2 1/2 tbsp
Water 3 st
1/2 orange zest
Raisins 100 g
Table egg 2 pcs
Salt taste
Sugar taste

Cooking method

  • My measure 1 tbsp = 250 gr
  • 1. Rinse the raisins and dry with a napkin.
  • 2. Cut the zest finely with a knife, you can grate (optional)
  • 3. Rinse the rice, only from dust. Put in MV (cooked in MV Shteba) and add water, cook on the Porridge program for 20 minutes. The pressure is forced to start up after the temperature drops to 100. (No matter how you cook rice, it should turn out like for porridge - soft, sticky).
  • 4. Once the rice is cooked, put the raisins in it and cover the MV for 15 minutes to soften the raisins.
  • 5. Put the rice and raisins in a bowl and cool. Then add the zest, eggs, salt and sugar. Mix.
  • 6. Preheat the Steba Sandwich Maker.
  • 7. Spread the rice in cells of 2 tablespoons (with a slide), a little distributor in a triangle. Close the lid and cook until golden brown.
