Ingredients

medium sized cabbage 1
Minced meat (I have beef) 400-500 gr.
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Tomato paste 1-2- st. l.
Rice 0.5 m / s
Salt, pepper, bay leaf taste
Garlic 3-4 cloves

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil cabbage for 10-15 minutes. Separate the leaves. Trim off any thick stems.
  • 2. Boil the rice until the pool is ready and add to the minced meat, salt and pepper, I also added garlic.
  • 3. Make pasta from carrots, onions and tomato for frying, to do this, pour a little oil into a slow cooker, put carrots, onions and turn on the baking mode, 10 minutes, then add tomato paste and fry a little more.
  • 4. Wrap the minced meat in leaves and put on for frying, add water to cover the cabbage rolls quite a bit, add salt and turn on the Stew mode -1 hour. BUT after that, the cabbage rolls still stood all night, in the turned off, but closed multi, until they went. But you can simply stew longer, so that they are soft.
  • Serve with sour cream.
