I put honey instead of dill in my horseradish.
And finally I try not to drink vodka, but to insist on everything. Now there is "Chesnaya Vodka" (garlic) and "Cointreau" (tangerine crusts + sugar). And in the summer what expanse! While I am walking with the dog, what I can not type - everything that grows in gardening - black currant (leaves), bird cherry, rosehip, mountain ash, blackberry (surprisingly one of the most beautiful and delicious), sea buckthorn, mint, strawberries, cherries, apples. ..

LTBW, that's lovely! SHINE !!!
How lucky your husband is, what an iridescent wealth of tastes! I ENVY!
Don't tell me he doesn't drink that kind of vodka!
I've followed the advice of the author of the recipe that Before 2 weeks you shouldn't try - left in a cool dark place and forgot about her. I got it when I remembered - more than a month had passed - it must have happened ...
Well, very VERY !! strong crap turned out.

Good day everyone
As it was said in one of the programs about vodka - earlier it was infusions that were called vodka. Remember orange, anise, etc., etc., but what we now call vodka was called table wine ........
By the way, an absolutely cool infusion is obtained from .......... a set for mulled wine. At first I make it concentrated, like crap (by the way, there are 7-8 components in my crap). When they (infusions) ripen, I dilute with pure vodka in a ratio of 1/3. By the way, according to experience, it is best done with Blagoda vodka.

and I just rub the horseradish with a meat grinder and into a decanter of vodka. you can drink in 2 hours, add vodka to the 3 times. it turns out to be a real village setting, muddy! very bad. you don't have to eat, there is no taste of vodka at all!

it is fashionable here to insist galangal root (up to 3 weeks and more) - it looks like cognac, the taste is soft.

Galangal tincture - you have to be very careful - it greatly increases blood pressure - my body did not accept, although it turns out deliciously
And in horseradish it is very good a little lemon zest, honey (0.5 tsp per half liter) - insist for 7-10 days - then strain and give "rest" for at least 2-3 days - and then drink

Pomnitsa when we were in Ukraine, went to a restaurant ... Our men ordered Khrenovukha for themselves (on the advice of the waiter), well, the girls and I tried with them! Mmmm ...
Home each of the restaurant bought a bottle. But there was no dill flavor.
LTBWHow much honey to add !?
They made it with dill that year, somehow we didn't really like it.I took the recipe on another site.
Fortunately, they made half portions for a sample.

Dill looks very beautiful in a bottle! But better than a lemon. You get an analogue of vodka with ginger and lemon. Taste mmmm!

I'll raise the topic. How much horseradish should I put in a bottle? I read that if it persists for a long time, it tastes bitter. I wouldn't want to spoil it. I put a half of the bottle not for drinking, but for health
