Mushrooms baked with mint

Ingredients

For 1 serving:
Mushrooms (ideally porcini) 100 g
Garlic 1-2 teeth.
Mint 4 leaves
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the mushrooms lengthwise into 5mm thick slices. I had frozen boletus, cut into cubes.
  • Cut the garlic into slices.
  • Chop the mint.
  • Mix mushrooms, oil, garlic, mint. Season to taste.
  • Make a pocket out of a double layer of foil:

  • Transfer the mushroom mixture to the pocket, wrap the edges.
  • Put the pockets on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes.

  • Very tasty and aromatic !!! For myself, next time I decided not to mess with foil, but to bake mushrooms in a mold with a lid.
