Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Spices Porcini mushrooms and herbs

Cooking method

  • This is probably 1001 mushroom recipes, but I dare to bring it to your attention.
  • Put the chopped mushrooms in a hot pan (without oil), fry until all the liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms.
  • Add vegetable oil, spices "Porcini mushrooms and herbs" from KOTANYI (salt, porcini mushrooms, parsley, garden savory) to the pan, put the spices without fanaticism, checking the taste, as it contains quite a lot of salt. Add sour cream and mayonnaise (sour cream is much more than mayonnaise), add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg (be guided by your taste in terms of their ratio). Simmer a little, adding a little more sour cream.
  • Fry the leeks cut into rings separately. You can put more onion, it will give the mushrooms a sweetish taste.
  • We combine mushrooms and onions. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Lay the pieces of Camembert cheese on top.
  • We place the mold in a cold oven, gradually bringing the temperature to 190 degrees. After reaching the desired temperature, cook the dish for 10 minutes.
  • We take out the form from the oven. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and poison again in the oven for 5 minutes.

Note

The most important things that give the mushrooms a spicy taste are cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Porcini mushrooms, which are part of the mill, enrich the taste of mushrooms. Camembert cheese also goes very well with mushrooms, but it can be replaced with some other variety.
