  • The number of ingredients has been slightly modified to suit your taste.

  • We make a dough, pour 100 g of sifted flour into a bucket, pour 175 ml of warm milk 40 degrees, 3 tsp of Saf-moment yeast, and a little more than half a tablespoon of sugar.
  • We install the bucket in the bread maker, after slightly greasing it with sunflower oil. Select program 5, medium-rare crust, baking size 1000 g.
  • While the dough is kneading and coming up, we are preparing the rest of the ingredients. Eggs 3 pcs. put in a bowl, fill with water at room temperature and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Take 2 and 1/4 cups of sifted flour, pour into a bowl, add, cut into slices, half a packet of butter at room temperature. We pour in 10 tbsp. l sugar, two bags of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  • Pour the raisins into a cup, pour boiling water over it for 30 minutes.
  • Break the eggs into a cup, beat with a spoon in the same place, add 1 tsp of salt and mix well until it dissolves (eggs and salt make the color more saturated).
  • When the dough comes up and the second kneading begins (about an hour later), open the door of the bread machine and carefully add with a spoon, as if in a bucket, all the prepared ingredients. Pour the eggs out of the cup, in the same place. During the kneading process, a beep will sound, this means it is time to add the raisins, after draining the water from the cup and squeezing it a little.
  • Sometimes, during kneading, flour remains in the corners of the bucket, I gently push it under the kneader with a spatula (so as not to scratch the coating).
  • After proving the dough, there will be another small kneading for 20-30 seconds.
  • Next, the dough comes up and baked.
  • After baking, when the signal sounds, I do not take out the cake, but leave it for another 30 minutes, it comes as if in an oven. Then I click on stop. And I take out a bucket of ready-made pastries, shake it out on the board and wrap it in a towel.
  • If desired, you can grease the cake with icing.
