Anna-aahu
Two weeks ago I acquired this miracle. I am very pleased, I gave mine to my mother in the village, and to buy myself the same food. I chose for a long time, and was not mistaken. A very successful, simple, convenient multicooker. 7 normal modes, 7 pressure cookers. Practically does not get dirty during the cooking process (sometimes even above the food level - the bowl is clean) Amazing milk porridges, soup, buckwheat, vegetables - cook well and quickly. Baking - failed (first time) Assembling the PRC! Among the shortcomings - there is no double boiler (in St. Petersburg) and do not make spare bowls. But I have already found our company, which makes bowls for multicooker (so, for every fireman). It's short. I'll bring myself a new one today, I'll post a photo. I will answer your questions with pleasure. I specially registered to write about this multicooker, since there are no sensible reviews about it.

So, the second slow cooker has arrived, I tell you:

It is really collected in the PRC, although in Moscow it costs 1000r. more expensive (as in our Eldorado 4300r.) I bought in Yulmart for 3600r. first and 3200r. second time. Since there is no steamer (but it should be) I thought the supplies were left, I don't know, but on the box the number and batch are present

What I have already used:
1. Beets (large ones were cooked in 20 minutes of net time)
2. Buckwheat, made with giblets (for some reason I closed the valve, boiled it, cooked in 15 minutes and then evaporated the liquid in 8 more minutes) It turned out very tasty.
3. Soup - excellent
4. Baking - it didn't work out (I will study)
5. Milk porridge - cooked oatmeal, corn. The porridge turns out to be very tasty, probably only ate it in childhood. The corn truth is burnt, but I love burns, I will still experiment how to do without burns.
6. Frying, stewing, baking - in these modes I used to fry for soup, it is better to do it on baked goods.
I did not reveal any damage on the pan for two weeks, although I scrubbed it with a regular spoon (I forgot) Non-stickiness is probably average.
That's all for now. Next, I will lay out the recipes. To be continued!

Hello ! Please tell us what else you cooked in this cartoon and how it turns out. I'm thinking of taking one for myself)
Anna-aahu
Hello! I also cooked porridge, cooked oatmeal, and corn. It turns out very tasty and clean, oatmeal is cooked for 10-15 minutes (pure time), corn-20, though the corn is burned a little, but everything lags behind, and I personally like the burrs :). Cooked beets (for 20 minutes) Buckwheat - 15 minutes, my mother (she has the same) made pilaf on the "rice" mode - I like everything)). Somehow I confused and closed the valve in the "buckwheat" mode (in Greek the valve should be open) so she boiled the buckwheat smartly in 15 minutes, and then I boiled the water in the "rice" mode in 9 minutes and got a gorgeous roast (I made buckwheat with giblets). Fried on the "baking" mode. On the "stewing" mode, I made oranges in syrup - it turned out not what was needed, a difficult mode (at the beginning it boils, then stews). I cooked dumplings in the "soup" mode - they were overcooked (5 minutes timer) We must try further ... And so both multicooker, both for me and my mother, work with a bang)) So, ask))
Elena81
Thank you, Anna! Isn't it difficult to use a pressure cooker at all? Did you make baked goods? How do you like the saucepan itself?
Anna-aahu
It is very simple and straightforward, so I chose this multicooker for my mother, the buttons are clear, intuitive (covered with foil), no hidden menus. The pan - I don't know, the middle one, probably, although there is nothing to compare with, apparently it is necessary to take care, the spare supra does not make (this is a minus). If you scrub hard, you can scratch. If something burns, it gets wet - everything lags behind (burnt sugar, porridge, everything is gone with a bang). I have already found our company, which makes bowls for almost all multicooker, so I don’t worry, especially since even a scratched pan, according to my friends' reviews (the company is really different) lives a long time. I failed to bake. I did it with lingonberries, there was a lot of juice, everything flowed out and did not brown on top ... I think the multicooker is not for baking ... although I ate everything with a bang)))
Elena81
Hello!!! Today I bought it, such a beauty !!!!
Anna, please tell me, when we cook the soup, the program ends, the cartoon picks up - the valve can't be touched? When did you open it?
Anna-aahu
Hello! Congratulations on your purchase))) In soup mode, as in all pressure cookers, you need to wait at least 10 minutes (the thinner what you cook, and the more, the more time) this is even written in the instructions, then if you can't wait, you can slightly open the valve, all the steam usually comes out in a minute, or wait 15-20 minutes, the steam will come out by itself ... and the safety valve will go down. I somehow started to release it at once, very carefully, it worked out))) so try it - just carefully, the pressure is not sickly, it starts to sprinkle
Elena81
Thank you. Anna, could you share the recipes for porridge, pilaf. Thank you in advance.
Anna-aahu
Oh, the porridge turns out super, I made oatmeal and corn)) I took (plates 2-3 turns out) 1 measuring cup of rolled oats (the coarse one, which instant, I do not recommend) and 3 measuring glasses of milk and 1 water. It turns out to be a medium liquid, if you like it thicker - you can three glasses of liquid, I have not tried it really. Salt, sugar to taste (I make it sweeter, probably 1.5-2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 of salt - in the end it's the most) and I also crumble a little banana, the aroma is excellent !! I probably haven't eaten such a delicious porridge yet))) And yes, I put it on for 10 minutes in the "milk porridge" mode - in half an hour it cooks together with a set and release of pressure, quickly !!
With corn it is more complicated, it did a little bit (15 minutes), but I like frying, so I mixed it up and ate it with pleasure))))
I will do pilaf just tomorrow. I'll try to bungle the report))
Before that I made buckwheat with giblets, it turned out superbly !! at the beginning of frying on the "baking" mode, then there on the "frying" mode (fries very much) the giblets (hearts, liver and stomachs of chicken), then poured water and sweat a little (I don't remember which mode, I trained, I squeezed all the buttons) I fell asleep with buckwheat, closed the valve by mistake, set the buckwheat mode for 15 minutes))) the buckwheat was cooked, but since the valve was closed, the liquid remained, then I evaporated it in the buckwheat mode with the valve open for another eight minutes - it turned out crumbly and very tasty buckwheat with giblets)))
In general, do not be afraid to experiment with the modes, this machine will endure everything By the way, in the "buckwheat" mode it evaporates water well .... you need to cook pasta there, I have not tried it yet)))
Ahh ... I tried stewing, I made oranges with sugar there, but I was distracted by the phone and burned it down.In general, in this mode, it first boils for 15 minutes somewhere, and then the timer just turns on, lowers the temperature and extinguishes, I did not know. ....

Elena81
Thank you so much!!!!! I will wait for the pilaf recipe.
Anna-aahu
Elena, hello)) How are you doing? have you tried anything new? I made rice with giblets, but it turned out not what I wanted, so I'll post it another time .... I added a lot of water and digested a little. I put it on the "rice" mode for 18 minutes, but it was necessary to be somewhere around 12, like by default, but there is still no extra water left, it turned out tasty, albeit a little "porridge"

Elena81
Hello !!!! I am learning slowly, making chicken soup, yesterday a cottage cheese casserole. everything turned out very tasty !!!! Now put the porridge.
Anna-aahu
Oh, I haven't made a casserole yet, tell me how it happened)))
Elena81
It turned out very tasty and tender. My kids really liked it. Today's porridge is also great. We ate it all at once) I'm happy with this slow cooker !!!
Elena81
Hello Anna!!! Today I baked charlotte in a cartoon. The charlotte did not pull out well, the saucepan was burnt, barely wiped it off, brown specks appeared at the bottom of the saucepan. Tell me, how did the baking turn out for you?
Anna-aahu
Elena, Hello !! For some reason, I did not receive a message by mail, did not see it, did not answer. Accidentally came here. With baked goods and I have a problem !! Everything burns, and hard, I set it for 40 minutes, as instructed, and the cake burnt. The truth is that everything gets wet clearly, even the coals, I don't rub, it goes away by itself. I think to set minutes to 20. The multicooker is powerful, maybe this is the case? 40 minutes is long for her!
Elena81
Hello Anna!!!! I don't bake in it anymore, I cook porridge and soups, that's what it turns out super!
Did you make pilaf in it?
Anna-aahu
Mom did, I wrote above, she digested, and I did too, I also digested (added a lot of water and overexposed in time), I understand that the default time is calculated for about 2/3 of the filling pan, if less, then the time decreases ... I haven't repeated it yet! but I will try (y) And I will try the baking again - for about 20 minutes, if it burns out again, then I will not try it any more, especially since the top is still not baked, and I don’t like to suffer with turning over, somehow I don’t like it ....
Elena81
Obviously, try baking with baking paper. Or the silicone mat is still being laid down. Then write how it happened)
Anna-aahu
I tried the paper, it burned out))) the rug - yes, I think, and I also want to find a stand, metal, like in a microwave. Here, there is such a !!! I'll take off the legs and try, I'll write about the result))
Elena81
Well I will wait
Svetik57
Hello! I bought this slow cooker, started cooking oatmeal and was upset, did the truth for one glass of milk, but for some reason the milk went through the valve, put it first for 10 minutes, and then for 5 minutes and the result is the same. Can someone tell me what you did wrong, cooked "milk porridge" according to the instructions?
Anna-aahu
Hello! Nothing can escape through the safety valve, since when pressure is accumulated, it closes, and the pressure itself does not allow the liquid to rise above its level. I don't think you put the valve in the closed position or the safety valve is stuck. Porridge in this slow cooker turns out great!
Svetik57
I turned the valve to the "closed" position, it just turns and does not lock, right? But the milk came out precisely through this valve, which changes its position from open to closed, it did not start immediately, but closer to the end of cooking.
Anna-aahu
Then look carefully at the valve itself, there is a movable pin with a sealing rubber (in the middle), it moves freely, when heated (if the valve is in the "closed" position) it rises and closes the hole (and blocks the lid), that is, if it is closed, nothing through it will not work. Check valve. Check the sealing gum of the cover itself. To check, take some plain water (the lowest level) and set the "porridge" mode and watch the valve. Maybe the lid does not fit snugly and the pressure does not build up and the valve does not work.
Anna-aahu
I wrote it wrong - the blocking valve is just above the main one, which rotates.
Svetik57
Thanks for the advice! I'll try! If I write it or not!
Svetik57
Hurrah!!! Everything worked out! Thank you!
Anna-aahu
I'm glad for you :) My favorite dishes from the multicooker are soups and cereals. Only now I cooked another soup - pumpkin soup, very tasty

Svetik57
Amazing soup! I will gradually master this miracle of technology!
Svetik57
Today I tried to make manna with raisins, it turned out great, 30 minutes on baking. The cake went well, did not burn anywhere. Everyone was delighted!
Anna-aahu
Oh, share the recipe, otherwise my pastries are burning all the time ...
Svetik57
2 eggs, 1 glass of kefir, 1/2 glass of sugar (who likes it sweeter, you can add a glass), 1 glass of semolina, mixed everything and left for half an hour or an hour so that the semolina swell, then melted 100 g of butter or margarine, added to contents, do not extinguish 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder, 1 glass of flour, mix everything, pour in raisins (take it by eye, as you like), grease the bowl with butter, pour the dough and bake for 30 minutes. Mannik is ready!
Anna-aahu
Thank you!!! I will definitely try
Svetik57
Today I decided to try the "stewing" mode, cooked stewed potatoes with chicken. The time was set by default - 20 minutes, but for some reason the countdown did not go, all the time a red stripe was running across the display. So I had to turn it off and watch it ready or not. How do you like in this mode, how long does it take to turn on the countdown?
Anna-aahu
Yes, Yes, the mode is very insidious)) In it, the multicooker at the beginning "cooks" for some minutes, and then extinguishes. That is, a full cycle is obtained. After all, if he immediately starts to stew at low power, then, for example, the meat in the broth will not even boil)) It is calculated that you put raw products there, they will boil a little, and then they will start to stew, then the countdown will start. I also waited, waited, never waited for the first time, only then it dawned on me and everything worked out
Svetik57
Oh, thanks, otherwise I'm sitting upset again!
Marfusha81
Good day! And tell me pzhl on what mode do you make cottage cheese casserole? I have a cool casserole in Panas in the baking mode, but here I am afraid to approach. And my pilaf is always porridge. Already made 1 to 1 water and 12 minutes on rice. And still not that.
Anna-aahu
Good evening! I don't bake, it didn't work out somehow ... it burns in mine all the time .. although the others do it well! (you can read above) So try it! You never know what you can do till you try
As for rice - I did a lot, it turns out great! You just need to choose the right type of rice and do not miss the water. There are "dry" varieties that will not boil over, but there are soft ones, for porridge, so it is difficult to make pilaf from them. In general, there is a special long-grain rice for pilaf, look :) I love any rice. Here is a dish in the photo - rice with cuts in cream, yummy, boiling rice, but I had to, it turned out great

Multicooker-pressure cooker Supra MCS-5151
Svetik57
And you can have a more detailed recipe
Anna-aahu
Good)) I'll do it later in a separate Temko)) I somehow thought that it was not very beautiful, for publication ..., but since I was interested, we will write;)
Marfusha81
On frying, the casserole burned in 25 minutes ((. The pan is now with black spots. Rice took lengths of steamed lake. The ratio is 2 to 2 in the rice and porridge mode. By the way, the saucepan from the cheapest Redmond pressure cooker fits our supra.
Anna-aahu
Oh, I don't even fry on a fry, it burns very much, even more so for baking. Baking only on "baking" I think you can still try on "languishing", there are low temperatures. And 2 to 2 - for rice, that is, 2 tbsp. rice for 2 tablespoons. water? I think this is a lot, the last time I took (if I remember correctly) 2 cm of water above the surface of the rice. I try not to take parboiled rice, I take ordinary rice. Try less water or different rice, it might work :)
Marfusha81
I'll try to change the rice. I chose frying, since the temperature there is lower according to the passport.
Svetik57
In the "rice" mode, the temperature is 110-114, and in the frying 150-170, so you probably don't need to change. And in frying I tried to overcook carrots with onions, you can't get away, it quickly fries. And do not tell the Redmond model, just in case, it will suddenly come in handy. It is a pity, of course, that there is no steamer in the kit, although there is a steam cooking program.
Marfusha81
I write a little messy, since it is inconvenient to write from the phone. I make pilaf on rice. And I made cottage cheese casserole on a fry and burned everything. Although in this mode the temperature is lower than on baked goods. Redmond rmc pm 4507 pressure cooker. A saucepan fits.
Marfusha81
Maybe a redmond steamer insert will work? Need to search
Svetik57
A double boiler may work, but they are not sold separately. I just looked in the passport, frying 150-170, baking 130-140, so what is better to make a casserole on baked goods, or again I did not understand something? I haven’t tried the curd casserole yet, but I made manna on baked goods, and everything worked out for me and went well.
Marfusha81
Here I am a burdock: mixed up the regimes. I decided the pastries were hotter. Now I will try baking. Thank you.
Today I made beef very tough on the meat mode. in 16 minutes it turned out to be just a fairy tale: very soft and juicy.
Svetik57
And tell me how much water you need to pour in this mode and after how many minutes does it pick up the temperature and go into the countdown?
