I always pour boiling water about a quarter of a glass. I read that the pressure cooker will not gain pressure without water. I add onions, salt and spices. Pressure builds up probably in 10-15 minutes. Honestly, I didn't notice. In the end, there was still a lot of water in the meat, since the beef was also frozen. But still delicious.
Svetik57
regular glass or multi?
Marfusha81
I take the usual one.
Svetik57
Thank you! This is a new technique for me, so everything is interesting to me!
Marfusha81
Yes, I am also new to the topic of pressure cookers. Before that, there was only a Panasonic cartoon.
Svetik57
And I had nothing but a stove
Svetik57
I decided to try the curd casserole with raisins today. It turned out excellently, my husband liked it more from the multicooker than from the oven !!!
Marfusha81
And I overexposed the charlotte for 32 minutes on baking, but it's still delicious. How much did you put on the casserole?
Svetik57
I put the casserole for 30 minutes on baking, and then turned it off and did not open it for another 10 minutes.
Marfusha81
Thank you. I will try
Svetik57
And tell me how to cook soup on meat, because when you cook on the stove, you first remove the scale when you cook the meat, but in a slow cooker, how about that?
Marfusha81
There was no foam in my pressure cooker (and even in the Multicooker). In this skrovarka I cook like this: I put all the ingredients, pour boiling water and put 12 minutes (beef), 10 minutes (pork and cabbage), 7 minutes chicken on the soup mode.
I made beets on beet mode for 30 minutes. This is a lot, although I had a giant beet, 10 cm in diameter.
Marfusha81
The casserole was fried again on my baked goods in 25 minutes. And what do you usually lubricate the bottom with? Maybe in Yulmart St. Petersburg the marriage was sold ((((. I want the manufacturer to write
Svetik57
Sometimes the meat is not foam, but some kind of scraps, when I cook on the stove, and in the slow cooker after the soup was cooked there was nothing like that? When I made a casserole, I greased the bottom with butter and sprinkled with semolina.
Anna-aahu
Soup is my favorite dish in a slow cooker)) But I cook for a long time, and as a rule, chicken, because I like bones, and if I boil for an hour in the "meat" mode, then the bones become soft, soft, yummy, and only then I lay the rest and in the "soup" mode I cook min. 10-15)) And if it is pork or beef, then at the beginning I put on "stewing" as it boils for about 10 minutes, remove the foam (or change the water), and then according to the recipe, in the "soup" mode
Svetik57
Today I decided to try the "extinguishing" mode again, waited a whole hour, the countdown did not start. How long did you have to wait?
Anna-aahu
This is probably the full time from the moment of switching on? If you count it like that, the water boils for 20-30 minutes (depending on the amount poured) and cooks for another 30-40 minutes (like raw meat) and only then starts to stew ... it may take more than an hour if the pan is full. I honestly don’t remember how long I was waiting, I’ll try as a thread, write :)
Svetik57
My saucepan was not full, but just over half! If you don’t forget about me, be sure to write when you try this mode!
Nyaftalin
Girls, help out! I got this device and decided to test it right there. I studied the instructions - everything is elementary. I decided to cook cabbage soup with meatballs. Then the problems began ... I chopped onions and carrots for frying, threw them into the cartoon, put them on the frying mode (10 minutes) with the lid open. The container warmed up first, then the countdown started. By the sound, it was fried for about 3 minutes ... I didn't like the result. Okay, put it on for another 20 minutes. in the same mode. Result: as if they had kept it in a heated frying pan for 2 minutes (that is, the onions and carrots were just warmed up). For 30 minutes, nothing was fried ... It wasn't even boiled.I think, okay, I'll deal with the hot later. I threw in the rest of the ingredients, salted, mixed, added meatballs, filled with water to the middle in the "CUP" range. Closed the lid, put the valve in the "Closed" position. I chose the "soup" mode (by default, 25 minutes - and left it). START. The cartoon began to warm up (the red snake began to run clockwise), after 5-7 minutes END lights up, three signals and the heating mode flashes. All attempts to force her to cook are unsuccessful. Tell me, what am I wrong in dealing with this characteristic lady?)
Anna-aahu
Apparently you have a malfunction. Check the bottom, whether the bottom is crooked, and how the button on the bottom of the multicooker pan (on which the cooking pan sits), it may be tight and the cartoon does not feel the pan, check the tightness of the lid (after the blocking valve is activated, steam should not come out), look at the O-ring. .... I would try to pour a full pot of water and boil it on the "soup" mode, for example, half an hour. If again your cartoon finishes before the end of the term, then, unfortunately, you will probably have to contact the service center. Try to write here support @ They answer well, I just figured out with them with the extinguishing mode. Now I'll tell everyone :)
Anna-aahu
Dear Colleagues!! Today I corresponded with the support service all day about the "extinguishing" regime. I was wrong !!!
She does not cook anything before stewing, as I decided. The fact is that in this mode the bottom temperature reaches 115 grams. and only then the mode turns on. That is, if there is a lot or very little water, then in the first case it will boil all the way to evaporate the excess, and in the second - try to "throw off" the temperature, in both cases the mode will not turn on. That is, it's all about proportion. As I understand it, two-thirds of the product, one-third of water. But you have to try !! After all, once he turned on for me !! I copy the correspondence, suddenly I misunderstood

Hello Anna!

Counter questions for you. the point is that the extinguishing mode
provides for a temperature of 115 degrees, and, for example, if something
put and fill in water, then such a temperature will never reach
until the water boils away and the countdown starts.
What are you extinguishing? Do you add oil? Lid closed or open?
A running snake means preparation for the start of the regime, multicooker
trying to get the right temperature.

Hello! They did it in two ways:

1) put cold food and some water (made oranges in caramel, filling - less than half) - the mode did not turn on
2) put a fry with meat, poured boiling water (hot, not boiling) - the mode did not turn on.
3) my colleagues - put raw meat, raw water (since we decided that it probably "boils" for about 30 minutes at the beginning, and then also extinguishes) - the mode did not turn on.
4) I remember once the mode worked, but I tortured the multicooker for a long time and already forgot how I did it.
Now we are all confused and do not understand how to work with this mode, help me figure it out.

p.s. if there is water in the bowl, then the temperature cannot be more than 100
degrees (laws of physics), but you need 115.

That is, you need to lay cold food? Does it heat up to 115 g? In theory, as in all other modes, it brings it to the desired temperature. Fries, cooks - in any case, it "heats up" why then in the extinguishing mode it does not heat up? Or does it mean that she can never heat water to 115gr., Only a dry product? But I remember exactly that my oranges burned out, and the mode did not turn on, because the temperature was exceeded?

Yes, that's what I meant, you can't physically heat water to 115.
Each mode has its own temperature, and the temperature is not constant,
there is a schedule for its change for optimal preparation of the product.
If you pour water and extinguish, then the mode still works, and the countdown
time will pass when the water evaporates and the multicooker manages to bring
temperature to the desired level.
Got it! And to summarize, what is the maximum liquid / product ratio that can be tolerated, and what filling of the pan can be tolerated? After all, if you put a full pan of meat and pour a little water, then there is a possibility that the mode will not turn on again? Thanks for answers! "" "" "" "

The answer will probably come on Monday :)

Svetik57
Anna, thanks for sharing, we will wait for Monday and the answer to the last question so that we can put it all together! : girl_wink: When I could not stand it yesterday and turned off the cartoon, I opened the lid and saw that there was not much water left, but it still did not go into the countdown, maybe it is not necessary to pour it at all? Specific mode of course!
Nyaftalin
Anna, thank you very much for your advice! Unfortunately, there is no detailed description of the multicooker in the attached instructions. That is, all the details are numbered, but there is no decoding of what and why. The culprit was the button at the bottom (on which the pan stands). It was slightly at an angle and did not move when pressed. With the help of a spatula, he pulled it in the opposite direction from the slope. She clicked and straightened. Now it is pressed, but if you press a certain edge of this button - again without movement. Tell me, in your experience, is this normal? Or is it worth contacting a service center? When installing the pan, now it seems to be pressed without problems. The soup mode has worked, the pressure has accumulated.
Svetik57
Follow this link for instructions that have a description of the numbered parts 🔗
Anna-aahu
I checked my button - it does not stick at any angle, but if you press to the center (and the pan presses to the center), it drops smoothly (with hooks) and rises smoothly. That is, the button has a rather smaller diameter, and should not jam, even if made with an error. This is what the manufacturer was counting on. Apparently you have too rough edges and the button is sticking. In theory, if you follow, then it should no longer cling. If you give it to the center - well, they will remove it, well, they will file it ... I would have done so - I would have looked carefully - which edge the button "hooks on" with, and almost would have trimmed it ... with a nail file or something else ... I can't say , that this is advice .., so thinking, with an inept action, you can spoil the cartoon and lose the guarantee ... the decision is yours;)
Anna-aahu
Yeah ... some kind of mysticism ... It turns out that all modes where the product is cooked (soups, cereals, rice, buckwheat) maximum - 114 gr. baking and frying from - 130. And then 115 degrees !!! She can’t understand what to do, cook or fry)))) In general, with measuring weights or run around))) I decided for myself - to stew as much as possible on the "baking" mode, or guess the right ratio))

Thank you for your feedback! If there are no more such glitches, then I will not take it anywhere. Let's see how it will show itself!) Yes, at the expense of the instructions they pumped up in the package bundle) There is even an error on the cover: "MUTIVARKA-SKOROVARKA" ... If only she doesn’t use anything else)) By the way, this product belongs to the list of technically complex goods, therefore, without diagnostics in a specialized service center, it will not be simply replaced. And this stretches for a month, as practice shows) I hope you have all the mechanical parts and electronics working with a bang! Thanks again, everyone! Delicious aromatic dishes and good mood!

If the goods are purchased and 15 days have not passed, they must be exchanged anyway!

"MUTIVARKA-SKOROVARKA" ... If only she didn’t stir anything else))
Well, you must !!! but I didn’t even notice, I’m really going to write about this to the service center, let them laugh too;) As for my multi - it works flawlessly, only we’ll figure it out with extinguishing and everything will be fine. I have two in my family. Thank you for your kind words, Good luck !!
Marfusha81
Good day! I continue to torment my pressure cooker: I made lazy cabbage rolls on rice for 10 minutes. I put 600 grams of minced meat, 1.5 glasses of rice, 1 glass of water, half a head of cabbage plus salt, spices. Everything worked out great.
And why are you using the stewing mode for meat. I, if I want a stew, I do it on the meat mode in the pressure cooker mode. It's much faster.
Soup is perfectly done without boiling and foaming in the soup mode. In 10-15 minutes on this mode, any soup is ready with a clear broth.
But the baking is not going well for me. And everything is on ((((
Marfusha81
Have you sorted out the pastries? Everything burns with me (((
Svetik57
I really wanted to try all the modes, so I am suffering with extinguishing! I will definitely try to do the soup, otherwise I cook the meat separately, filter it, and then put everything in and cook. Everything I tried to bake turned out and nothing burnt. And what you tried to bake, can you set less time?
Svetik57
Anna, tell me the answer was from the support service?
Anna-aahu
Dear Colleagues!!! Unfortunately, in a conversation with the support service about the "extinguishing" mode, an unpleasant detail emerged - THIS MODE DOES NOT ASSUME THE ADDING OF WATER AT ALL. Since during boiling, the temperature does not rise above 114 g. simmer in oil miraculously, otherwise the cartoon will evaporate water indefinitely and wait for the desired temperature. Rave. Sad but true
The only thing I think needs to be done is to try to start either frying or stewing in oil until the mode turns on, and only then add water ... After all, once it turned on for me ... I don't remember now as...
sandy-73
Hello, I stew vegetables and meat in a multicooker without adding water, it cooks great, it does not burn. Foods produce enough juice.
Anna-aahu
Good day! depending on what to stew, if there is fried meat, then there will be no juice, or potatoes with meat and vegetables, then you also need to add water, it all depends on the ingredients, but if you succeed, then share it step by step. Stew, for example, cabbage rolls in gravy - as without water? there will already be frying. It's good if the vegetables are juicy, but if not?
Anna-aahu
Dear Colleagues!! I did it all. Today I made potatoes with mushrooms, I do that. I fried all the ingredients in the "baking" mode (separately onions, chicken breast, boiled and dried mushrooms) and then mixed everything, added boiled potatoes, carrot puree, pouring sour cream with an egg and turned on the "stewing" mode, the whole mass turned out to be quite thick, but the mode immediately turned on Interestingly it works - in waves, then it grows, then it subsides))) Photo of the degree of density
Multicooker-pressure cooker Supra MCS-5151

So try, dear mistresses, and everything will work out
Svetik57
I tried to stew chicken with carrots and onions, added a little sunflower oil, chunks of chicken, carrots and onions, turned it on, but did not wait for the countdown, turned it off in time, otherwise it was already starting to burn.
Anna-aahu
As I understand it, liquid must be added without fail, I had mushrooms with juice and then I added sour cream with a raw egg, everything is liquid. And your temperature apparently jumped above 115 and that's it, it will never turn on, only everything will burn out. As I wrote above, she has a wave-like heating, apparently thereby she keeps the temperature, that is, even half a glass of water (I would add cream or milk or sour cream :)) have already leveled the mode :)
Svetik57
Well, somehow I'll try to experiment again!

It is very simple and straightforward, so I chose this multicooker for my mother, the buttons are clear, intuitive (covered with a film), no hidden menus. The pan - I don't know, the middle one, probably, although there is nothing to compare with, apparently it is necessary to take care, the spare supra does not make (this is a minus). If you scrub hard, you can scratch. If something burns, it gets wet - everything lags behind (burnt sugar, porridge, everything is gone with a bang). I have already found our company, which makes bowls for almost all multicooker, so I don’t worry, especially since even a scratched pan, according to friends' reviews (the company is really different) lives a long time. I failed to bake. I did it with lingonberries, there was a lot of juice, everything flowed out and did not brown on top ... I think the multicooker is not for baking ... although I ate everything with a bang)))
Tell pzhl which company makes bowls for Supra 5151? And what other cups are suitable for her? Thank you!
Anna-aahu
I worked on this issue. Since the supra does not make spare, I had to rummage on the Internet. Our company makes it to order. Well, I did, but now I don’t know with them, and I didn’t save the link (((So you’ll find it for sure :)
